Doubt it'll ever happen. Anime is used to promote the source material UNLESS it gets absolutely massive like the big Shonen titles do. So unless there's tons of source material they wanna sell, it won't happen and the series is doing just fine in sales. The games do well on their own and anime takes a lot of money, time and resources to make. If they don't need to make more sales, there's no point in spending extra money. That's just how the industry works sadly.

And its not based on the game's names, if you didnt notice in megadimension neptunia there are 3 dimensions -the dimension where Neptune and Nepgear where transported to is the Zero Dimension (Uzume's dimensión) -The heart dimension, where Kurome ankukuboshi wrapped the CPUs. - and the Hyperdimension* And actually there are two hyperdimensions, one from the original Neptunia game, and the second one appeared in mk2. In Victory Neptune is wrapped to a paralel dimension as hers, which is the ultradimension and Plutias home, a dimesion inspired on the 1980's gaming, that is quite obvious if you look at the paralel CPUs and the fact that Plutia represents a console from that era
