I was there on the 12th and 13th in the mornings. I managed to get 6 rides on Hyperia. I really thought I wouldn't get a look in until September. So I'm chuffed to get 6 rides. I'm impressed with the theming and feel of the whole experience. I like the music on the lift hill as you speed up the hill with the views of London in front of you. You can see the City of London and the Shard.

Finally got on hyperia yesterday and today. It was incredible and such a good investment for Thorpe park. Funny moment today was we broke down just on the lift hill, managed to get us going after 10 mins 😂 overall tho, I bloody love Thorpe park. So much so I travel 5 hours!! Also p.s loved seeing you on the screens before getting on the ride!

Managed to get 3 rides on it on Wednesday absolutely loved it easily the best coaster in 🇬🇧 the air time is nuts. I’m going back next month for more rides.

I’m so glad it’s back open!! And it’s so cool to get a re-opening day vlog 😊 I had no idea it was announced, I obviously didn’t do social media for a few days without realising and this was the first time hearing of it 🤦‍♀️ I couldn’t have been there on reopening day anyway but I could’ve been there today 😅 I have some time next week so maybe I’ll go then, but I don’t know if I want to go alone. I bet it’ll be busier after a week too, since more people would have heard. Re-opening day queue times seem like an actual dream right now 😅

My mates brother works at the park and told my that some gears at the top of the lift hill were being worn out to quickly and needed replacing to avoid a potential accident

I went to Thorpe park 4 days before the official opening and watched the testing of Hyperia, I them binged the entirety of your construction updates, I'm mega proud of you and what you did and of course was properly jealous as that must of been such an honour, well we are returning on the 24th so if your there and someone shout SILKSTONE!!!! I have a really good idea Because everyone is just cueing for hyperia then that that means the rest of the park will be pretty much empty. So I would go but just ride every single other ride and then come back for hyperia on a day that isnt as busy. That way u can enjoy every single other ride because it is a walk on !! Let me know what u think

Now the ride is closed again and it’s been an absolute disaster. You need to start calling this out Jack, you can’t just be an enabler. Every single aspect of this ride has been a shambles and a disgrace and a slap in the face of fans and people who have traversed the globe to try and ride it. Show some actual impartiality and objectivity and call out this joke of a coaster. Oh and also, the landscaping looks dreadful with the lake looking like a sewage dump! The ride is no where near ready on any level.
