Hyperice Venom Go Review

In today's video I review the Hyperice Venom Go. The Venom Go is a wearable device that is provides heat and vibration to relax tight and painful muscles.

Yes it could be helpful for IT band issues. I would also recommend using a massage gun or foam roller on the IT band and lateral quad muscle. In the office we also using cupping and dry needling to release the pressure and decrease pain.

Is there a way to clean the pads in order to get the stickiness back?

If you could find out what the sticky adhesive is made of couldn't one find a commercial to re apply onto the pad? Maybe?

If you are by yourself, placing the device on your deltoids would be difficult. You would have to turn it on and set the settings before placing it, which could be cumbersome.

I agree it’s not perfect for all applications.
