You told 5gm each buttock we have to give. But in ml how much we have to give.

Yaa. It should be discribe. 5 gm means 10 ml with 1 ml lignocaine .

MgSO4 1 ampule contains 2 ml that means 1 g . So 5 gram means 10 ml of MgSO4. IV should be diluted (4g MgSO4 that means 8 ml diluted with 12 ml of NS or distilled water , total 20 ml for IV bolus ). But dilusion not need for IM.
