@@methadonefreeiamNO IT IS NOT. While it is possible that scientology uses hypnotic trans states and other practices for nefarious reasons, THIS is not it. I am a past life regressionist myself. I can tell that Steve Burgess is the real deal. Ive been looking forever for someone that works the way he does. He is very rare hypnotherapist that actually helps clients HEAL/NEUTRALIZE their past traumas while most others just brush over them. When you have a doctor who rips an old bandage and finds an infected wound underneath you expect him to disinfect/clear the infection first before putting a fresh dressing on it, right? Unfortunately most regressionists do just that. Uncover a wound, scratch it a bit and live it unhealed. It is sad that you would throw such accusations so lightly.

I had several past life regressions in the mid 1980's and the actual lives were interesting but not overly important as much as the feeling or realisation that casting off the body is like walking through a door. As easy as that.I also experienced between lives and pre birth consultation with my soul tribe and the conversation around how good this current life experience will be. Certainly cured any fear of death. I highly recommend this process.

I think "relevant lives" is a more focussed way to approach this kind of regression. If we do experience a multitude of incarnations, then only those we've "packed into this life's overnight bag" to work with, would be useful and impactful, I'd think. In other words, if there is a theme, challenge, motif that a soul is playing with or working on, then those kinds of relevant lives would be most productive of benefits. Otherwise, we are kind of like tourists, doing a day trip to a bordering country, and have no real investment in what is going on there.

@Kayenne54
@Kayenne54 9 ай бұрын
@@yuiopoli9601 I would think so. Perhaps that's why some folk say they're not coming back. We probably only glimpse the very tip of the iceberg on all the possibilities of why some keep coming back, some have hardly ever incarnated, and some never incarnate here on earth.

Absolutely love your point. So so true. Learning all about narcissists and their tricks has helped me a lot. I also recall many past lives, not in their entirety, but piece by piece. I’ve never relied on anyone else to help me recall past lives, I started recalling them in visions & the “dream state” after I started chanting the sacred Word for God, HU , every day. “The spiritual notebook” by Paul Twitchell opened that door and it’s been an amazing journey since about 1975. As I mentioned elsewhere, the sacred HU is now on many KZbin channels, and the one with the quotes is excellent.❤🌼🌺🌻❤🌟❤🌼🌷🌸❤🌼❤🌸❤🌟

@KChealseaVenus Yes, that can come from past abuse in this life, too. But, a third factor is hormones. So neglected, not understood nor well addressed. My terrible migraines didn't come from past lives, nor this life, it was due to hormonal unbalance which one can't detect in blood tests, apparently!!🤔 I tried so many things, didn't work. Acupuncture, healing, meditation, past life regression, food tests and special diets, etc... Until I formulated a remedy myself, it worked like a miracle! Well, I still have to watch chocolate and chlorophyll (spinach and such), and have to do my remedy whenever it comes up, but I'm so relieved that these horrible sequences are over. 🙏🙏🙏 Take care.

I've had past life regression numerous times by a licensed transpersonal psychologist and described many lives sometimes 2-3 times in one session. I found it to be a very profound and cathartic experience! Much to my surprise I was able to go into trans very quickly. I was surprised because I'm unable to meditate! My experience was exactly as Steve described! Everyone should do it. You'll feel inner peace after letting go of your old baggage,

"Every issue has emotional causes." So very true especially in regards to health issues... In the East, impressions on the mind that are carried from life to life are called sanskaras. They are attitudes and ways of perceiving that arise automatically as if you have no control over them. He seems to be saying that the grip of these mind grooves can be alleviated through hypnosis. Fascinating.

Very interesting to listen to. May I share a parallel story, from my life. I had stuttered for 40 years and had had eczema all over my body. I was a social wreck. But the great love also came to me and I felt strongly that I wanted to get well. I found a man who was doing rebirthing as a form of therapy; I became his client. For six months, every Tuesday we met and had sessions with liberating breathing as a therapeutic basis. I gave myself fully into this and went along on a fantastic journey - and became completely healthy. Could write pages up and pages down about this but what I got to experience were strong feelings that only existed in me, memories often came to the surface when the energy released but I could never derive these to my own life in this earthly life but clearly I had carried with me (a lot of) pain from previous lives. I have been completely healthy now for 15 years. None of my psychosocial ailments remain after this therapy. The irony was that my love could not see me get well, she left me.
@jenniferrosebrown4568

My immediate insight on reading your story is that the love you met was simply the catalyst to your ultimate healing. She came into your life to provide you with a desire great enough to heal that you were then open to meet your rebirther. When she had done her job she left your life. Just the message I received instantly when I read this and so I thought I would share with you. I wonder if this resonates? Yes, I agree that rebirthing is phenomenal. I had a very very profound awakening experience when I did rebirthing sessions myself many years ago. Your story is very inspiring. I too feel the majority of damage for me is also from past lives. Thank you x

@@NanaBren I have made every attempt to leave the past behind and live for CHRIST while thinking only about the present and how it might be possible to help out, now and into the future. I don't know much more about my past other than what I already wrote in my book were I describe my pre-birth experiences with GOD and others in Spirit. Those were mostly positive events and have only served to help me. Other than those events and other encounters with GOD, I try not to ponder over past events. Unless I'm trying to learn something new from past events, I try and stay focused on what's happening now and how GOD might be able to use me to help out now - I do this because this is what GOD Told me to do from my pbe. Before I remembered my pbe, I did dwell more on the past than I probably should have and it often made me feel depressed when doing so.

I've never had a past life regression, however, I have had 3 instantaneous downloads of a past life and one peculiar fascination with frogs. With the frog, even my childhood imaginary friend was a frog. As an adult I saw a documentary about a woman in the Okeefenokee swamp who used frogs for healing and I knew that was familiar. Another 20 or so years later a psychic who I did not know and that I was not having a session with, asked if she could tell me something? I said sure. She told me in a past life I was a medicine woman, and literal frog was my medicine. That I knew how to take a poisonous frog, and use it for medicine. I was blown away. Looked around the room to see if there were frogs to make say that and nothing. One download I was a deer experiencing fear of the first non Native American settlers landing on U.S. soil. Once as a slave and realizing I was friends with my owner and another the first time my foot touched the asphalt of New Orleans.

So I was the one ending and stood up. But the connection. Well, I was looking through my ancestry book. We have a big book, and I just got my DNA test back. Suddenly I saw a name. King Hadding, my faðir. OMG 😱. I could not believe it. I'm related myself. I was a part on creating this line of 🧬 dna, and now it's my mission here to break all the Trauma. Two days ago, I had a great realization that we have left parts of our Soul in different past lives we have lived if we had died a tramatic death. It is that repeated behaviour that we now see as a haunted siting. When we are born again, it is important to learn meditation and go back into our past lives and heal that part of our soul and bring it back to the present together, so we become a whole soul. Only when all the soul is whole can we ascend.

Around 51:30 you talk about many people claiming to be Alexander the Great or some other famous person. Dolores Cannon discusses this in one of her books. Apparently, if a soul's blueprint involves coming back as a leader for example, they can access the Akashik records of Alexander the Great and download it into their memory. It then will appear as their own memory when they incarnate. Dolores then asked if these memories can be distinguished from a real memory and she was told that probably not. I read the books some time ago, so my recall may be a bit fuzzy.

Since we are actually multiple fractals/aspects of the ONE Creator, we actually can be accessing the akashic records of others and assume it was us, or fractaled with a powerful figure that affects history, such as a Napoleon, many aspects here today can actually have been Him. Also, some people are channeling the entire history of that person under hypnosis and just assume it is because they were that person - can even be an attachment because when you read a book and especially if you really love reading about that person or say, works of Charles Dickens then energetically you bring them around you, too.

I tried past life regression. I was hypnotized. I was told to imagine 10 wooden steps going to a door. I saw 10 large marble steps with a gold colored hand rail. At the end of the stairs there were double doors with 2 soldiers, one at each door. They were dressed in black long coats. They came to attention and opened the doors for me. I went into an office. I could only see out of the corner of my eyes. There was a big black blob with s purple outline blocking most of it. I could see a wall with books. I saw the old rubber stamps that they used to use. I don't think I was supposed to see my past life. Like something was trying to protect me maybe.

Buddhist meditation works on the same principle, the impressions and tendencies of the mind are our samskaras and karma. The release occurs through sustained awareness of sensations, feelings, thoughts carried through with a calm equilibrium. The advantage of regular meditation practice is that the individual is cultivating their own mental factors/ virtues called Factors of Enlightenment, and that process is the only way to step out of suffering and awaken your own mind. Using a hypnotherapy is clearly a useful therapeutic tool, but there are no short cuts to finding our own Freedom!

In our DNA is the imprint of all beings I'd suspect (plus the possibilities of all we've yet thought of). I've often wondered if "past life regression" is a way of accessing DNA genetic memory? It would be difficult to trace back, once a few generations have passed, but additionally, of interest, is that each DNA segment (?) has a receiver and transmitter, (I think they're called "telemares") which instantly communicates with all other DNA everywhere; so I'd guess that going into that altered state would be one way in which we could access all that has ever been? and if there was a direct genetic connection, e.g. Napoleon, then an experiencer would have an even more vivid recall, possibly? I'm not discounting real past lives at all, just wondering if there are more ways to access the Akashic Records than we've supposed...and it's right here in this physical body...

I too had a past-life regression done this year. I visited three separate lives. Two of these lives were of humans and one was a life in the clouds. I guess I was a cloud. But - I was able to view myself (past life) from any angle. It was like I was observing who I was, both from my existence and from a place of looking at me. I could describe exactly what I was wearing and what I looked like. I wished I'd had a better therapist because she was taking me on 'her' journey and not allowing me enough time to take everything in. When one is seeing all this it's just as new and developing to them as it is for someone hearing a story. I strongly recommend that people have a regression done. It opens your mind to so much! Ok - one of my lives (as I was shown by my inner-self or sub-conscious) was as Jesus, the second was as a cloud, and the third was a young Mayan boy (about 11 years old), and on an exploration into manhood. As Jesus I had such an emotional connection to 'Source' (pure love) that the therapist had to move me on to the next life. I got to keep the three hour video.

@@Kayenne54 It doesn’t. Seems many people share the exact Jesus experience. I was told that we (ALL) can actually share the same Soul experience(s). I don’t really understand but I’m hoping to someday get that answered. But my takeaway from the regression was that we can be someone very significant in one lifetime, yet be someone or something as insignificant as a cloud or a rock or tree in a different lifetime; that it’s all about our experience. Unfortunately, my therapist didn’t allow me to spend much time as Jesus; I did get very emotional. The love I felt was too overwhelming for me. I kinda broke down. Best!

@@stephensmith60 Interesting, thank you. I recall a snippet of a life as a bird seller in the temple. Significance being, that birds were sold as sacrifices, and Jesus came rampaging through, with a flail, VERY VERY ANGRY at the desecration happening in the inner courtyard, and technically, I should have been top of his list. I was lame, and mostly blind, and I did indeed love those birds, and it was the only way I could make a living. Even now, I weep, remembering it. Instead of recriminations, He filled me with love and compassion, and I never tamed birds for sacrifice ever again. How did this pop up in this life? By age 6, (this life) for various external reasons, I was nursing birds and within days they would be completely tame, and when well, released. Most animals respond well to me, so that life changed me now. Do you see? I've been able to encourage snakes into a box, or onto a broom head, and they'll lie quietly while I remove them, and I live in Australia, and every snake is potentially deadly. The reason He was angry, was quite specific. Worship should not cost money. And His New Testament was that absolutely nothing need die or be sacrificed; not one's eldest most treasured child, not a cat, not even a small bird. He was the sacrifice to end all sacrifices. And He did get genuinely angry.

All lives belong to everyone. We can tune in to specific ones like tuning into a different radio station. That happens a lot during past life regressions. We can also know what another knows or knew in the same way a good psychic can tune in to another's life. But we've all lived everything and chasing them all down can be futile. It can also feed our egos and create unnecessary hierarchies by making us feel our past lives are more special than others... "I was Cleopatra in a past life." "I had a past life with Jesus," etc. etc. Or, "I'm an ancient soul so therefore I have wisdom others don't have." Instead, find your current present moment, your own inner eternity. That's where all lives of any time period or dimension are harmoniously integrated and anything needed in this life and this moment is provided.

My question is: if we have had for example 5 past lives and hypnotherapy can take us back to each life in turn, where were we, or where did we come from for the very first past life. We assume when we are born that our inner self is created, inhabits this body and then leaves it when we die. The body is now of no use and so it decomposes, but the spirit goes on. Fine, I can accept that..... but where did we come from in the beginning of the first past life. I am NOT picking fault; I am a believer in this. But I am really curious as to where the spirit or soul which provides the life force for our bodies, comes from in the first place.

For me, we are NOT physical beings at all, we are spiritual and we enter a body in this life to learn from it in the same way that children are sent to school - to prepare them for their lives as adults. After this life is over we move on or we can return to another life to further our education so to speak, but ultimately we are pure spirit.

And lives can be karmic in a sense. For example, my first nation dear sister, a musician, very beautiful but kind of fierce, if she was drinking anything she would start saying this was one of the first lives she's had as a woman, she remembers the battle field, and she talked ancient times. Then her grandson and her, she was staying on couch for months, inbetween houses, and her grandson, both came back one evening and he was upset, for half an hour to an hour, the world disappeared for them, he began with the memory, and she remembered, they were talking as their characters not themselves. And I was on the computer googling away. He called her Callinicus, and he was Laodice, and he told her that he had warned her not to go riding her horse that day, she had been mortally wounded, and this was akin to Egyptian royals, backstabbing relatives, etc. She had to go into hiding, grab the money and all the kids, even illegitimate ones, and go into hiding. He said she was poisoned by one of the sons. Who become a king in the Seleceus empire. This is biblical stuff. They talked about an empire that he thought to Italy, I said no, afterwards, Laodice was a town in Greece, the Seleceus I, his father, was a general of Alexander the Great and he choose his best warrior strategist for his successor, the furthest west was Greece, and the women of a certain bloodline were named Laodice, his mother, his wife, and maybe his son's wife all from that group. My friend had to split the empire with her brother, and alot of conquering. Alot of things she said about the plight of indigenous, and our governments and the persecution of first nations and I said this is odd, you were a conqueror and you've lived on the other side of this equation. It made sense. They were also talking about their favorite residence that had advanced aquaducts and he named something that I found but don't remember now. It was something. And she's half kispiox, and he is 1/8th, and they've lived the other side of their advance empire, so karmic and soul lessons are about healing errors of the past.

There are other ways to release trauma, such as meditation, breath work, and any practice that raises your vibration. As your energy/ vibration is elevated and the heart opens, all this stuff that that feels so heavy and dark in our current state of consciousness begins to dissolve. And can dissolve very quickly. An example would be you live and pass away in 2045 but are re born on earth or another planet in the human year of 1735. We experience normal time while living the life relitive to the creature we are while alive but think of passing away as quantum leap for example. You can re appear as a life form, any life form along the timeline. Each life time one after the other creates your own timeline outside that of the normal time timeline as we understand it.

15:09 I kept asking "What is reincarnation?" (got several different vivid dreams describing scenarios) but one which pertains to this part of the talk was - I was dropped off from a huge spaceship, into a street filled with marching zombie-like humans. In essence, I was the "only" conscious being amongst a huge army of robotic people. (Obviously I'm NOT the only conscious being on planet earth) but the dream was explaining how a higher consciousness civilization can actively "interfere" with unconscious humanity without breaking the rules of "non interference". Only by infiltration is it permitted. To assist humanity, once must become human.

@52:14 so it’s possible the life we currently live is inhabited by more than 1 soul? That could explain people with multiple personalities. It also makes me wonder about myself. There was a time years ago where I apparently shared my body with another soul. I don’t know if it was my higher self or a different soul, but we shared my body for about 2 months straight. Everything felt both new and old to me. I felt no anger or sadness during that time. It was a bit too much at one point though, and I requested an hour to myself each day in order to feel like a normal human again. It eventually went away, but it was the most unique experience I’ve ever felt in my life. I was grateful for it, regardless the meaning behind it.

I just want to add that other people, including a researcher named Helene Wahbeh, have looked at the supposedly common phenomenon of people in past life regression overwhelmingly often recalling themselves living in past lives as people who are notable in history. In Wahbeh’s research, this was found to be patently untrue, based on statistical analysis of hundreds of group regressions. Even in the murky jungle of the YT comment section (under videos of guided past life recall meditations) where you would expect this phenomenon to appear most readily, it just doesn’t. The majority of people seem to recall very ordinary lives. Nonetheless, even the small number of people who do recall a life as some notable person, in the aggregate, does seem to point toward the possibility that past life recall is actually just accessing a collective data-pool from all the lives ever lived, apparently anywhere. Who knows?

strangely enough, everybody claims they were somebody important in the past, such as King. when chance of that is extremely small. most people were nobodies. which makes me to doubt the validity of past life and reincarnation.

The late psychic Sylvia Brown said that human souls do not reincarnate as animals. I lean toward that as well.

What might make sense is that a young soul could incarnate as animal to experience life in a simple way and then as the soul grows or graduates.....it may reincarnate as a human and then never go backwards to incarnate as an animal again. This would make sense of both views. Humans wouldn't reincarnate as animals would be correct and also someone has a past life rememberance of being an animal before human.

I don’t think everything that a hypnotized person says is necessarily true. They may be making it up. I knew a guy who had a regression session and he felt that he made up his past life memories while hypnotized.

This concept has been around millennia. Probably one of the most famous individuals to do past lives regression (though accidently) was Edgar Cayce. His work, as described by other authors, on Atlantis and Egypt are fascinating. In fact, the concepts of past lives have their roots in Buddhism, Hinduism, and other eastern philosophies with Western underpinnings in the work of Carl Jung. During the 20th century there's the case of Bridey Murphy, for example. There are certainly debunkers, however. Personally, as I tend toward Buddhism, it's a philosophical concept that explains the trials, tribulations, and rewards of life most perfectly.

I also used hypnotherapy to become a non-smoker as well. It turns out more than that as I used it to dive into my subconscious by using alpha waves. It's been an amazing journey.

Thanks for this interview video, Jannecke. ❤ I think I agree with your idea that we are combo pack soul, therefore we can exist in every dimension of consciousness in many forms.
