Nature was everywhere around me and that explains my love for nature, even tho I don’t have anyone at the countryside. He has short wayvy hair, blonde hair.. I was an orphan. I was given a message from him and I wil strongly cherish it. I woke up from this meditation and started trembling and having a strong urge to cry. Thank you so much!

depression can be used as a tool to make you stronger, but you have to want the change for it to happen. you cannot control what happens around you but you can control how you react to it. i’ve been there. time will help you but it is also your responsibility to actively want the change and move forward. depression, simply put, is a connection you haven’t made yet.

Make today the day you would want to come back and see! Do everything different than you would usually do, it will feel uncomfortable to break the habit chain, but it's been said insanity is making the same 'choices' over and over, expecting different results. I don't know why, I don't know you... but I really have a strong feeling that if you do things differently than usual, your life is going to be different. Whatever you are facing, something has been put in you to overcome it!! Thays why you are upset, you aren't supposed to be in this place, you are ready to move onto a better place now. Who do you want to be? What would that guy do right now? Not tomorrow, not tonight... every little dumb choice. Which shirt to wear? Which drink to drink? Get out of bed 15 min earlier... dumb little choices. Life is made up of these little choices that build our world. Notice each little choice you are making, then just choose something different. Before you know, your life will change for the better and look like the life you want to come back and visit 😊. Sorry so long, don't know why I was led to wite this to someone I don't even know. I will say this: p.u.s.h. through...pray until something happens. When you trust your bigher power, when you really feel like giving God the middle finger, He appreciates that, honestly. P.u.s.h. harder and watch crazy good stuff start happening... crazy magical stuff man. Prayed for you, and wouldn't mind one back, lol. 😂 you got this...WE got this!

I was a girl between 14 and 18 years old. I was in a hospital, I was bald and had blue eyes. I think I had cancer. Then a sweet voice started talking saying "Alexandra you'll be okay" I think it was my mom. The doctor came in, and had a conversation with my mom. I could only hear the words "Sorry" from the doctor. At one point I started to feel bad. My eyes were closing and my mom was holding my hand crying. Then that long beep from when you're dying came. The last thing I heard was "September 12th 2001. 3:45 P.M". Then I opened my eyes and I was me again, the me from now. So I died in 2001 and then born again in 2006. Only 5 years. I wonder where my mom is right now. Like, my past mom. Cause she can't be dead so she must be somewhere. Oh and I was british. Now I'm argentinian.

People need to realise this takes practise. Like most things. If you fall asleep, that's great - it shows that you can relax to the guided steps. Just because you fell asleep, it doesn't mean nothing happened. Perhaps you were given what you needed , IN that sleep. Spirituality is like a muscle - the more you use it , the better it gets. Keep coming back to a guided meditation that you are comfy with , persevere . The rewards are too great

I had a dream, very real and vivid, me and a man we were in love, im not gonna say the name, and he suddenly disappeared and I woke up crying. Since that day ive had this feeling of loss and grief and a feeling that ive lost something or someone really precious to me, I find myself waking up with tears dripping down my cheeks and I would just feel sad and start crying and when I had enough I came here to find the answers. Hope I get them, im gonna try it tonight.

To all those people who had successfully completed this therapy, ur past life is lucky and grateful that there's someone in this life who is willling to know abt the way that they've lived their lives and learn abt past life lessons. also whatever pain or struggle that ure going through in this life, realise that u hav the power to overcome it. understand that ure born with a purpose. learn to love urself. who knows mayb someone from the future might be willing to know the way that u've lived ur life. make it a pleasant experience for them by living with no regrets and making each day count.

Bubba once said.. " Holding on too resentment and anger is you drinking poison everyday but expecting the other person too die.. The only one you hurt is yourself" . if one can not love oneself how can they then love anyone else?.. One must love oneself and forgive all. Even the evil... To forgive does not mean that those who did wrong will not pay for what they have done.. To forgive is an act off self love and setting boundaries... It does not mean in any way shape or form that the person will not pay for there mistakes.. They will.. But it releases you from any fallout.. If that makes sense.. 🤷

@daylight911411 ай бұрын
@robertream6571 Try changing the way you think and feel about the regret. The same for hate, anger, fear. Instead of regretting them, LEARN from them. Acknowledge the person or event. Forgive yourself. "I'm sorry, please forgive me, I'm sorry, I'm thankful" is a prayer I've heard before. Sometimes, it has different words. I believe it came from Hawaiian culture. The Ho'oponopono prayer, I believe. Look it up. The whole prayer. I think you will like it.

I was a guy, with red hair, blue eyes and freckles , not particularly handsome. I was 21, and worked in a factory I think. I had a mother and lived in a small cottage outside the city. I was in love with a girl named Mary ( weird since that's my name now). I went to war and didn't want to kill anyone, while I was traveling in a car with other soldiers a bomb exploded and I died slowly and crying. That's why I have a phobia for physical pain now. I floated towards my dying self and hugged him while we both cried. I woke up with tears. Well that was intense...

I was in ancient China, I'm a elderly woman named Mei, my son and his wife died, so I had to take care of his child. He had son, who was incredibly smart. We were a poor family, and there were many days where there was only enough food for the boy and none for me. I was wrinkled from old age and skinny to the point where my bones were visible. My grandson, thought I was ugly, and he didn't care for me. He grew into a successful adult and moved out of our tiny home. He was really famous too, and oftened hosted large feast which he invited his friends to. He had 14 wives, all of them were beautiful beyond imagination. I was too old to work, and I lost my job, and lived on the streets. My grandson broke all connections with me once I became homeless. I starved to death, and that could possibly be the reason why I eat a lot.

I'm here in 2024. Decided to do this and it was wonderful. I'm black now but in my past life I was a Danish woman called Esther McCauley, I was tall and had very beautiful skin and a golden blonde hair I was married and had a daughter called Matilda. I was born on the 29th of April 1525. I was standing in front of a cottage which was my home and my husband doing something with some woods behind the cottage, didn't see what he was actually doing though, he wasn't Danish. I enter the cottage and see a fireplace and a chimney and some plates in what looks like a cupboard. My past self tells my current self " be happy Anna, you'll be fine" The past me, I believe was very happy. I pray I find that amount of happiness in my present life ❤❤.

Nice. My story I saw was not as complex but I saw myself in a female school uniform standing in my grandparents house in India. Like as soon as u step inside. Then my mom in my vision tells me to go out my school bag in my room in Hindi. So I go upstairs and go to my room but the thing is my room from that vision was my mom’s room growing up. So I put my bag down and go downstairs, wash my hands at the sink near the kitchen, and sit down at the table for a snack. I find this very interesting because I was born in US.

how detailed...you are so lucky! Once I was hypnotized in my 20s ( 30 years ago) and saw myself as a servant girl in in seems a European country in what looked like the 1400s to 1600s. I was running thru a village carrying buckets of water. I always suspected I died in a fire in my previous life because I'm unnaturally afraid of fire. I knew I died and I felt my death in that village that day. I saw a large gray slab go over me and that was it..I couldn't breathe anymore. it wasn't frightening, it gave me validation. ❤

I literally cried during the hypnosis due to strong emotions. I saw myself on my knees in poor clothing crying hysterically as a man was standing in the front door of our yard -my husband I suppose - his name was George and mine Margarita. I felt such a despair as he gave me a final look and left me that I started crying in real life. My knees hurt from the fall and my hands were constantly hitting the floor as the neighbours watched by. I had a few images of us kissing and laughing in a field and an image of me in a church (probably getting married). I saw my son running to me and hugging me, while I felt totaly desparate because he was starving and I could do nothing about it. I think that I went to my parents for help, but my father slapped me (?). And I believe that I died from a heart attack because I felt this intense pain in my chest before everything turned black. The scariest thing is that I remembered a surname and I looked it up on facebook afterwards. I found someone with the same surname named George living three hours away from me. And I did feel a sense of deja vu looking at his picture. Immediately, a picture of him came to my mind with brown eyes and a mustache. Am I turning mad?? Because this really scared the hell out of me.

I am now on my bed my son now in his early teens is beside me as well as my sister Rachael I can feel my self slowly slipping away before looking at Charlie and smiling I say something but I couldn't quite hear then I'm gone. i was a french woman with blonde hair and i was so tiny. i lived in a large house with my husband and our servants. it was the 19th century. we’re happy, conversing in french about our future child because im pregnant, and simply talking about the mundane day to day life in my husband’s office. he rubs my stomach, and calls me pet names. he had black curly hair, brown eyes, and freckles all over his face. his eyes were so familiar. then i was giving birth. i was so big, i was so sure i had to be having twins. im screaming, my husband is too. my sleeping gown is soiled with blood. im bleeding too much, the midwife is panicking and so is my sister in law. theyre both holding my hands. my firstborn comes out, the doctor annouces that it is a girl, shes alive, and another is coming, and i felt myself fade. i woke up sobbing. i have an interest in french and french culture, and a fear of childbirth/being pregnant...

I was going to raise the child alone and I was thrilled to be having the child but one day I was walking on a train track in the forest and a train was coming. I had to jump off the bridge. My soul is sad and bitter my life and unborn child were taken from me. Now, in my life, I’m afraid of tall bridges I’m deathly afraid of getting pregnant and having any kids and I understand why now. I’ve always been obsessed with French culture and the language. And when I was a kid I would have recurring nightmares about riding along on a tall bridge where I can’t see the ground around me because it’s so narrow and tall and that I could fall off it at any moment.

I flashed forward to watching my eldest daughter, Hanako, graduate from school with my wife, Aino, and our other two kids. I remember dying. It was May 31st, 1999. I was with my wife, my eldest, Hanako, her husband and children, as well as my son whom I named after my close friend Riku. Our youngest daughter, Eiko was there, and I think it was her who held my hand. I had liver cancer. I died smiling. When I met my past self he looked so happy and full of life. I was maybe about 5’10” and somewhat fair skinned with blue eyes and curly brown hair that was almost shoulder length. My name was Christopher. She was coughing a lot for most of the day and died that evening. @freelancebioexorcist1745 жыл бұрын
I don’t even know how to put this into words... The life I had visions of occurred somewhat recently, within the past 300 years. I believe it took place in Virginia, during either the Revolutionary War or the Civil War. I was not a human, though- I was some kind of mutt. My fur was black, shaggy, knotted, tangled, and dirty. I was flea infested, and I was able to practically feel the constant itching. My ribs were visible, so I think I’d been starving. I didn’t necessarily have an official home, but I lived in-and-out of the house of this husband and wife. I didn’t catch their names, but the husband was affectionate for me, and he called me “Jackie”. The wife fed me scraps of food, and she would sometimes even warm up places for me to sleep (I don’t even know what the device she used was called to warm up places, but it almost resembled a frying pan. I’ve seen it before, but don’t know the term), but she clearly only provided me housing on account for the wishes of her husband, while she, herself, didn’t seem to care much for me. The next memory I had was of some kind of battlefield. Once again, I do not know terms for most of the things I witnessed. The man who took care of me and I (Once again, I didn’t catch his name. Maybe I’ll recall it sometime later) were in some kind of wooded area, and he and other men were shooting at the enemy side. I didn’t know what was going on, so I was shaking at all the noise and gunfire. This part genuinely made me start to jump in real life. It was so loud. Looking around, I spotted many dying men, and it felt so vivid. At this point, I started to cry outside of the memory. They were either dying or dead, and they weren’t being removed for the time I was experiencing the memory. I would go up to them and try to cuddle with them, and their bodies were already cold, half of the time. I may have simply been there for emotional support. I don’t know why else I would’ve been there, but perhaps an exception was made so that the man who cared for me would feel more comforted during battle, along with some of the other soldiers. The final memory I had was of my death. Building up to it, I suppose the man who cared for me had been killed during war. His wife was an emotional wreck, and she stopped feeding me and no longer welcomed me into their home. I survived for about, maybe, a month after that, but ended up dying a slow, painful death because I either starved, dehydrated, or both. I remember trying to take short breaths through my dry throat, but it slowly felt impossible, until I took my final breath and lived no longer. When I snapped out of these memories, I started crying. It makes me appreciate everything I have. It makes me love the people in my life more. What I saw was horrific, and if it was real, I’m so glad that I don’t have to live in it any longer. I kinda wish I’d been a human, but despite this, there’s still a lesson to learn from this.

Hey Micheal sealy, first off, huge fan. I have 3 KZbin play lists- workout, motorcycle chill, and sleeping meditations (this one is nothing but Micheal sealy). To be honest, I listen to your play list every night! I have come across a few past lives that I have not been in touch with and I would like to access them in meditation to explore them further. However, all of the guided past life regression I have found does nothing towards accessing specific recall. Do you know how I could remedy this or should I work with a therapist? If the latter is your suggestion do you happen to do this kind of work? Thanks in advance, light and love

Michael, I found this and decided to take a journey and try to remember some of my past lives I listen to this tape two times the only thing that I did was put me asleep for an hour and a half each time. The last thing I remember on the tape was putting my foot in the last circle and then rising above the ocean where my feet were hovering over the ocean a purple and white mist that's the last thing I remember I do not have any recollection of a past life although I know that I have lived them. However no recollection of anything I just wake up an hour and a half later and something I just feel refreshed that's it. Can you help me out with this please?

+Michael Sealey Thanks a million for this Michael, I've done it twice now. Only the last time, even tho I did it to answer a question about my karma with this one person, I was denied the information, and instead was told by my past self that it wasn't for me to know right now, and that my focus should be to work on making my future happen. Strange, had never happened to me. I was also projected into the future riht after that, as I always am.. a lot of astral travelling and future life imagery for me in this life. Makes me feel like I really do have to do something now in this life, so that something big can happen to me in those future life times. I see myself as being in a space program. If the time line doesn't change, I'll be some sort of space/time explorer in future lives, in at least three, and will eventually leave earth not to come back. In the life I will leave the planet not to return I will live the end of my days in a higher vibrational planet where earthlings will be very admired and respected, go figure why, because as is I myself don't have that kind of respect for the human race, not in a mile lol. And today, upon being denied access to this one past life, I saw myself with a different body, entering this sort of galactic library in what looked like either the future or another dimension. Anyway, too much feedback lol. Thanks a million for this!!

I was a 23 year old Native American named Anaka. I was very good with children (had a daughter of my own) and spent most of my time either on a cliff that oversees the ocean or interacting with nature in the nearby forest. It was crazy how vivid it was and I actually teared up when I saw my older self lying on my death bed with my daughter holding my hand. It was a good life. I'm glad I came across this video. I was a middle aged man in either the Middle Ages or maybe even Ancient Rome or Greece. I had a wife and son. I was a solider and lost friends in battle. This was the root of a lot of fear and anxiety around my son - I did not want to lose him. I encouraged education in order to avoid the army. I did not see grandchildren however I know my wife and son outlived me. At the beginning of this I set my intention to better understand my anxiety and this is what my brain presented. I was brought back to my present self at around 52:10 and wasn’t able to finish but this was an extremely interesting experience!! Definitely going to attempt this again!

This. really. works. I did this ONCE. In the middle I thought I fell asleep but woke up right when he said to open your eyes at the end. A week later I started seeing images of a wealthy white man, an Air Force pilot who’s airplane unexpectedly crashed. There was also a co pilot. One drowned under water and the other survived but was injured. In this current life, my father has told me that he has witnessed an airplane crash before. After the images I saw in my mind about my past life, I had the urge to call my father on the phone right away to find out more about the plane crash my father experienced. That’s when my father told me the airplane he saw back in the day was an Air Force plane and he described that day. There was a Bhera Arab, Arabian Sea right where the plane crashed. My father said he was the only one that saw the crash and went to the scene of the accident. the bodies were all dismembered and there were no survivors. The pilot died too. So tragic and traumatic. No wonder my mind didn’t want to see it at first. My father brought home the souvenir from the plane accident as a keepsake. I wasn’t born at that time but my dad was married to my mom. So the feeling that I got is that the pilot’s spirit came in me when I was born. Death and rebirth. The reason I think I slept initially was bc my mind had to get me ready for this revelation. It was a very spiritual experience and I feel so content now. This explains why airplanes used to give me panic attacks lol

Did this in 7th grade (6 years ago). I got some vision i was standing on something that looked like a bridge or an entrance with some nice carved ornaments on the sides. Suddenly i was inside of an old building (probably a castle?) and a guy with scars and blood on his head, very badly wounded, came to me saying "Sanca Borja" (that's how it sounds in my language's spelling) . I was super scared and opened my eyes shortly after that. I googled that and found out that could be Sancha of Aragon, the daughter of Alfonso II King of Naples, and she was married to Gioffre Borgia. I wasn't even interested in history but after that i become more interested in it and now i'm studying history in college 😂

Sometimes I wonder if a lot of supposedly inborn mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, or bipolar are actually caused by past life traumas, considering scientists are still looking for the set of genes and/or enviromental causes around illnesses like this. That is, if they’re not caused by lower entities or both of these factors really. I wonder.

Very deep and intense experience. I recalled my past life, as a middle aged man, perhaps in the 19th century. With a lot of money and respect, yet no real emotional connections and just pure hate, pain and suffering in his life. I literally entered in his body and experienced his morning routine. Then, I realized it was his death day as he handed himself on a tree nearby his mansion, with his family being so indifferent to his passing. As I was waking up to my body, another past life started to wake up, an older life, one of a woman, that I could not clearly see. As the end of the hypnosis approached, I saw my birth and current life's earliest moments. I woke up subbing and couldn't stop crying for half an hour. I think I finally understood my life's mission and why am I in this lifetime. Thank you for this unique experience!

I couldn't see a lot about my past life but here is what i found out: I was a young woman in my early 20s with curly brown/Black hair that was in a half-up-half-down style, reaching a little past my shoulders. I had a caramel skin tone and wore clothes that looked a lot like ancient roman/greek clothes and sandals. I had chocolate brown eyes. The first memory I saw was of me gathering herbs on a hill, there was a very big and old tree. I looked down the hill and saw rolling hills and fields. The air was warm like in summer. Because of the clothes and weather i feel like my past life lived somewhere around the mediterranean sea but probably not on the european side because the houses did not look like that kind of architecture. In the next memory I walked down a street with a few stalls that sold something, the people look at me, smiled and greeted me and I did the same. It was a familiar action. I then entered a house, probably mine, and saw my father sitting on a stool. He had white hair and said something to me i didn't understand, I dont even know which language he spoke in. He said my name. It was something like Areena/Arina or Aurelia and the r was rolled quite heavily lol. I think I then saw a short memory about the man I loved. I was preparing something on the table when he suddenly entered through the door. He was laughing and had his head down, so I only saw he had black hair but I could'nt see his face. I felt very surprised, but in a pleasant way and smiled at him. The next memory was of my death. My face was pushed into water and then pulled out and I was strangled to death. It was a man who killed me. When I asked my past life about the lesson of that life, she said "compassion". I don't know if anyone will read this but I think I should share it anyway

Another similar experience from myself(selves) Before I got ten minuets in my heartbeat was quicker than i started with. Feeling close to an anxiety attack. I spent most of the beach time trying to slow my heart down and breath deeply. While he kept saying to go deeper and deeper I was already overcome by the feeling as if I were floating chin deep in a big red and purple ocean looking up at the purple red sky. This is where I usually am while in deep meditation or thinking of my happy place. Every time I tried to focus I would see a big bright sallow face with large sunken eyes in the center of my vision like a sun/skull/I don’t even know- in the sky with an upset face like it was warning me not to go further. Like she wanted to speak but couldn’t tell me. Like if I went further I would find something out that I shouldn’t. This is the same face I have seen in sleep paralysis and night terrors. ( backstory to why I’m even doing this I have had a very spiritual childhood and an active imagination but my adult life has made me ask myself and others who know me questions about memories that don’t feel like mine and I can’t explain. I feel like they are memories that are and are also not my own because I feel the emotions but I cannot recall it ever happening to me in this body. Yet even though I can’t place my anxiety/fear I’ve noticed that I’ve not felt truly deeply relaxed even after normal meditation, massages, reading, art. ) I had a fairly pleasant time when I was on the boat. Instead of standing I had a wooden throne by the ship steering and I pictured the boat as larger than a one person ship and should need more deckhands but nobody was with me. It was rustic and a warm red wood. It looked like it shouldn’t be able to float. And then I got a call from my significant other, told them all of this and came back to reality. This was 32 minuets in. Woah. Felt like hours.

My name was shin tzu or something along those lines I heard many people calling my name surround me as I left my house and I had a scroll. When i opened the scroll it was in Japanese but I could understand what it meant. Peace, love, tranquility, positivity, confidence, joy, compassion, empathy were the main things I viewed on this scroll. My husband was someone from the church? I’m not religious in my present life so I’m not sure what to call his position. He was very respected by the people in the town but I felt a sense of coldness from him, like we didn’t talk much because he was temperamental and I had to walk on eggshells around him. Fast forward and I was giving birth to a third child and died due to birth complications. My husband was by my side devastated because he realized I would be gone and that he didn’t treat me very well. It felt like my lessons were to live for myself and not in the shadow of anyone else. my name was Caldwell. I was a journalist in London in 1947. I was 26. I had a dog (a little grey terrier) named Archie who was the most important character in my life. my important memory was sitting by a river at sunset. I think I was in love with a girl at some point, but she wasn’t very important to me. I died sometime in the 1990s, feeling fulfilled with my life. funny thing is, I want to be a journalist in my real life. Caldwell told me not to give up and to be true to myself. he told me he would be with me to guide me. thanks dude.

Wow this was super intense! In my past life I was a viking woman, the wife of a powerful man. I was heavily pregnant and gathering water from the river into a bucket with my daughter. Back at our house my husband was touching my belly talking to the baby. In the next moment, I was on cliff in a rainstorm overlooking the ocean with my daughter, crying by the grave where my husband and son were buried. Lastly I saw myself dying as an old woman in bed by a fire with my daughter beside me as a grown woman. The old woman told me to take care of her son's soul, as he will be coming to me and I promised I would and I felt such a strong connection with her, understanding her sorrow and felt such a sense of relief now that we've met and she knew I would take care of her baby's soul. I'm not pregnant yet, but I've been feeling very strongly that I want to have a child in the past year (which I NEVER felt before that) and even though it sounds kind of crazy, there's no doubt in my mind now that this will happen. My son's soul has been waiting for me to be ready to be his mom :')

Apparently my name was penny, i lived in London , I ended up dating and marrying someone named Johnson, we got a dog: I was asleep and I got woken up by a burning sensation on my bum.( I know it weird but I have a birthmark there) then woke up and saw everything on fire, I woke Johnson up and we had to jump through a window, he said he would catch me but I told him to catch our dog. So he caught the dog, but I didn’t get out In time and my nightgown set alight and I burned to death. I said safety and I was brought back to my happy place

I was a young female living in Pompeii. I fell in love with the Roman Centurion who would later kill me. Yikes.

@@woochie24601 Meditation and stuff like this takes time. It takes a certain focus. I would suggest try doing some guided meditations for a bit, then come back. Some people can get into the "zone" right off the bat, some can't. I am one that can't, but I've been working with guided meditations for a bit now. Good luck! 💜

I think I was someone on titanic.... I was a small boy, I could tell I was young. Black hair, blue eyes and I was wearing brown overalls and I was running with a girl and two other boys down a hallway. We were not laughing, but there was a sense of fear and in the distance you can hear screams and wails of people drowning and the ship was groaning through the pipes. We were screaming, panting and crying, and the girl was guiding us through the ship. She had brown hair and brown eyes, and was wearing a tacky white dress with a silver necklace. I was holding her hand as we ran, and there was some sort of connection with her, some sort of familiarity, I can't tell if she was a sibling or best friend. Down the hallway, the sound of groaning and water grew louder, and the ship fell forward and I could hear wires snapping. We got to a big crowd of people near a gate, and no one was going through, but they were screaming and banging against the bars. As I feel a sharp pain, I look down to see the water up to my ankles. My eyes were tearing up and the panic was unbearable. Me and the girl are trying to get through, and she is telling me we will make it to the boats, we pushed to the front. As we press to the cool metal bars, everyone's banging have actually pushed the gate down, and I was pushed with the jolt to the floor, and the girl has disappeared. I was on the floor, and people were running over me. I didn't die of hypothermia or drowning, but I was trampled to death by the feet of panicked passengers why eventually never got onto a boat.
