This is a great one for those of us with panic disorder. It's hard to find these sleep stories/meditations without a focus on breathing or our bodies being asked to feel heavy. This can be a big trigger for our attacks. Thank you for this!

With my work week done and a full belly I'd roll me a joint and kick back in my Grandpa's old leather recliner feeling quite content with myself. Ahhhhh.....Man...Life is good... THEN IT WOULD HAPPEN! SHE'D APPEAR ON MY SCREEN..... WHERE'S THE REMOTE?! FOR CHRIST'S SAKE, WHERE'S THE FRIGGIN' REMOTE?! AIIIIIIHHHHHHH! I'd then spend the remainder of the night locked in the bathroom watching Buggs Bunny cartoons on my phone, nearly mad with munchies and cotton mouth, while I try desperately to ignore the faint scratching, the growing stench of rotten meat, and the rivulets of water appearing under the door....

Dear Lina, I have listened to many, many ASMR recordings and recordings that purport to be hypnotic in the last 3 years, or so. Your recording is the finest that I have listened to. The care and craft of this recording reflect what I think must be your deep concern for quality, high production values, and most importantly, your total belief and commitment to this project. I had awoken today with a stiff neck, like I do most mornings, due to cervical stenosis. Moreover, I am a naturally tense individual, and find it very difficult to relax without some type of external assistance. Your recording was the perfect prescription for relaxation. I believe I was in a hypnotic state. All of the qualities of your voice transported me to a total state of relaxation. No hesitations, false starts, or "static", (for want of a better term) between your spoken words made your recording seamless and fluid. I enjoy science and, in particular, learning about the cosmos, so your script was perfect for me. I was not seeking to fall asleep, but rather to relax, and nearly reached the end of your recording. Unfortunately, my wife walked into our bedroom at right around the 49 minute mark to discuss a good time to meet our out-of-town relatives for a day at the seashore. I was startled out of my reverie and it took me a few moments to reorient myself. I sincerely intend to listen to your recording again. I do have one question. Near the beginning of the recording you encouraged the listener to enter into an alternative reality, wherein we could be anyone we wanted to be and, I presume, mentally construct any reality and situation we desired. I "became" that other other "me", but also constructed a separate setting and storyline. Was it your purpose to have the listener imagine only their other self, or did you purpose that that the listener also construct a separate setting and story. Because I was really enjoying the brief period of being "me" in a different setting and experiencing an imagined storyline. I would have loved to have stayed in that alternate universe for minutes, or even hours. In any event, thank you so very much for the finest ASMR/hypnotic relaxation recording I have had the privilege to listen to on You Tube or any other Internet site. Sincerely, Ken
@LinaGrace528Hz7 жыл бұрын

Last night, however, I was most rudely awakened at the end of the audio by an overly loud and obnoxious ad. KZbin's ad managers must have failed at their task. Such ads should never occur at the end of sleep therapy audios! This was the first time I had this terribly negative experience on one of Ms. Grace's audios.

Just wanted to take a moment and say thank you. I have chronic pain and severe anxiety and insomnia. This is the only ASMR video that really works for me and I swear by it. I can't fall asleep without it now. Btw my cat's name is Eva, and every time Eve and Eva arrive, I imagine my cat talking to me LOL

I just discovered your channel last night with this video and was blown away by the quality of the content. I couldnt believe how much work was put into the script, the sound effects, the binaural switching back and fourth. I love your content. I am going to be listening every night for a long time. Thank you for making these. The scripts are really amazing.

Why do people dislike your videos i think they are enraged that people with great talent are trying to express themselves and that they dislike your videos because they do not know how to express themselves so they dislike people like you. I love your videos so keep up the great work

Thank you! It happens all across youtube. It's a universal thing?

I think they just don't care for this type of content and a dislike is their way of telling KZbin to stop showing this kind of stuff. You know how different spheres of people exist? Her sphere's reach is very large. Most people KZbin selects are already in the "liking this" sphere, however some people on the fringes have interests that don't overlap with this type of content. So yeah, people have different preferences and a dislike is how they stop KZbin from showing things they don't like. But that's just my theory... A Theory-based-on-my-thoughts Theory.

This video is absolutely amazing! I discovered it when I ripped open my cornea. The pain was TERRIBLE and constant. I couldn't function. I couldn't see, couldn't sleep. But then I used this. I re-listened at least every 4 hours since I couldn't open my eyes, couldn't fall asleep, couldn't even move eyes with the lids closed (without terrible pain).... My go to mediation... I have battled clinical insomnia for years due to body wide pain from fibro/neuropathy. My doctor says there are no pain management options other than opioid therapy & those are only prescribed for acute pain (like a broken bone, post op etc) not chronic pain. I'm a pretty tough cookie but sometimes pain makes one inconsolable. I prefer not to use drugs, rather l use heat, topical pain salves, deep breathing & meditation. Im sharing this for 2 reasons: Miss Lina, thank you. Your work on your meditations, with attention to detail, sound effects, your accent & creativity help me to detatch from a good bit of the pain even at its worst. More valuable to me than gold 🤍 Reason # 2 is, as a nurse I'm aware of pain issues in others as well as the opiate addiction crisis. I'd like to suggest if anyone tries your meditations, to give it time if it doesn't work the 1st time...for me it took a few rounds for my mind to let go enough to gain control of the pain. I've sent this to many military friends who suffer ptsd but it can take them some time as well. Being able to relax enough to step back from the horrors of combat even for a short while is invaluable. Ms.Lina, you help me people than you might realize, so thank you again 🤍
