Hypnotic Suggestibility Tests

I have been to stage shows and wanted to be part of the show so bad. But I couldn't be hypnotized. But Dr. Steve's "Quit SugarCravings" recording has me to where the thought of picking up a cookie makes me ill. It works so good. I dont know why that worked and the stage show didn’t.

Hi Steve, I'm a fellow hypnotherapist and have always wondered just how susceptible I am myself, even though I have listened to many of your recordings over the years. I am so easily distracted and analytical that I sometimes get so caught up in listening to your techniques that I forget to just listen and follow the suggestions. My test showed up that I am easily suggestable so hopefully I am benefiting from yours and other hypnotist's recordings instead of just falling to sleep. By the way I love your audio tapes!

there are certain inductions meant for clients who are analytical, to slow down the mind in busy thinkers. I am the same, and I am able to go into trance now

Have you checked with a doctor to make sure you don't have something neurological going on and does it ever accompany a headache? Some people experience flickering lights while having a migraine headache. I'm just a regular person but it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it.

OMG! It was so unbearably boring that I couldn't even make myself follow the words despite listening and watching the whole video. I was drifting in and out. This video would be very successful as a sleep aid and should be advertised as such.
