Skin = Largest organ It has a biome Skin = microbiome Unhealthy microbiome = breakout, redness, sensitivity Using the concept and idea of probiotic on the skin, "outside" the organism such as the stomach works, Probiotics = Live bacteria on the skin that help to promote a healthy skin and a microbiome Help increase the organism Misleading = not every products actually don't contain living organism Why ? Difficulty to maintain it in its environment, changing temperature could kill it easily Prebiotics = Elements of ingredients that essentially provide the best environment for probiotics to be able to grow and stay alive, the "food" for probiotics Prebiotics is difficult to find, the component is sensitive to light, air and temperature Products marketed as such are still beneficial to your skin Postbiotics = Leftover of the live bacteria, aren't the bacteria, element of the prebiotics that could provide a lot of benefit to the skin such as Lactococcus Ferment Lysate

I developed Perioral Dermatitis (iykyk) 2 months ago and the two things that SAVED my skin were the Korres Probiotic SuperDose Face Mask (game changing for even ~just~ dry skin) and the DermaHarmony 2% Pyrithione Zinc (ZnP) Bar Soap (like a treatment cleanser). So yes, we seriously stan pre/pro/post biotics when done right!!

I'd love to know your opinion on Lumene as a brand, but especially their new Arktis line for sensitive skin, which is fragrance free (and includes oat prebiotics). Their hydrating mask has been my Walgreens fave for YEARS. Even though their products have fragrance, it's subtle, and their ingredients are a little uncommon but really transformative when they work. They're really a hidden drugstore gem sometimes, and I want more info please!

Thankyou for naming some of these brands! I'm a bit of a skincare nerd (not that I'm some kind of expert), and am fascinated by learning what differences exist and why between various countries` and cultures` skincare products and practices. It often serves as a door that I use to delve into new cultures and their rich history.

Off topic in regards to the video…. BUT I would just like to say… I’m so glad that after releasing his own skincare line… hyram still recommends other products from other brands. While his line does seem to be very inclusive for different skin types, every product you put out won’t work for everyone. I love that. I will say, I have been trying out hyrams moisturizer in the mornings and I’m in love!

From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly, if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $505k in raw profits from just q4 of the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy. mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

Wow!! this is super awesome. I'm willing to start saving properly or at least have a good investment. please tell me more about it. I'm an amateur investor, i have 2 IRAs, I do not like the cookie cutter responses from Fidelity, Vanguard Schwab, etc 7%-9% year on average, how do you invest?
@leighjay26242 жыл бұрын
My portfolio is very much diversified so it's not like i have a particular fund i invest in. plus i don't do that by myself. i follow the trades of KAREN GAYE GRAY. She is a popular broker you might have heard of. I can correctly say she's worth her salt as a financial adviser as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 10 to 15% on a monthly basis. unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what she trades and not just on some particular industries of my choosing.
@francisken55572 жыл бұрын
By following trades do you mean copying her trades, as is done in etoro? Are you giving her your money or the money stays in your account? I have heard about copying trades but have not looked into it but i have an idea of what it is.

Speaking of "probiotics" in skincare, I'd love to see you review Nurture by Nature's Acne Edit line. I know there are ingredients in their products you might have issues with (fragrance; citrus oils; salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and lactic acid in one product) but that line changed my life. I not only had very difficult to treat acne from the time I was a young teen until I was an adult, I also had extreme sensitivity (including severe eczema that I took two prescriptions for), and almost constant redness. I couldn't even use the most sensitive skin lotions because my body would develop an allergy to them and I'd break out into a raised, painful, red rash. The rash wasn't the same as the ever-present redness, though. It doesn't make sense, considering how strong the ingredients in that product line are, but they changed my skin. My acne improved more quickly than it ever had, without any purging. Well, there may have been some purging but it went away quickly because the spot treatment's active ingredient is sulfur and that's always worked really well to dry my blemishes overnight. Even more surprisingly, my skin became less sensitive and the redness went away. I was worried about trying the products because of the harsh ingredients and I figured I'd have to return them. This was the first line of skin products I ever saw with "probiotics" as an ingredient and something clicked for me. I knew about probiotics and gut health, and it just made sense that the same idea of good and bad bacteria (the skin's biome) would make a difference to my skin. That's what made me decide to try the product line out, even though I worried about the ingredients. Fun nerdy fact: there are more organisms living in and on you than there are cells in your body! I have no idea why it worked so well for me, but I'm glad it did. I don't need to use all of the products anymore because I rarely have blemishes, at least compared to what I used to have. The only product I use regularly now is the cleanser. It seems to keep my skin balanced and I've been able to start using a retinol treatment. Yes, I wear sunscreen! lol If I happen to have a blemish, I'll use the spot corrector. Having acne for over ten years definitely taught me that what works for one person won't necessarily work for another. Everyone's skin, and their skin's needs, are different. I'm very grateful that a product that shouldn't have worked, did. However, I can't recommend it to anyone else because of how specific some skin problems can be. If you've read this and you're interested in the product, I recommend talking it over with your dermatologist or aesthetician. At the very least, do a patch test and be ready to send it back if it causes increased sensitivity.

Hi. I am a fan and I just decided to really do something for my skin. Is it possible for me to get some advice? I have acne scars and dark spots but at the same time, my face is textured. I want to try products like The Ordinary cause they are not so expensive. Can you recommend me a combination of good products? Like should i go for AHA + BHA for the cleanser and then retinol for leave-on? I'm not really an expert on this. Should I use peeling agent? I'm currently using the starter kit by Some by Mi. I just started and on my third day. For now my skin feels okay. It's extra sensitive and shows little signs of peeling. And I'm really excited if it will make my face glow eventually 😂
