Man this thing is cool as hell... Ive Been kicking around the idea of doing something like this.. Next town over allows atvs on the roads I'm thinking what's the point of spending a bunch of money boring and stroking an atv engine when you can have more power with more reliability (engine wise) I know it's probably hard on the rear axle with all that power..

Nice build. What chain did you end up using the 530 ds650 chain or 520 bike chain?

I used the 530 ds chain I bought a high tensile strength chain and it worked great. The front sprocket I had laying around fit the gsxr motor perfect . It was off some old dirtbike I had lol

Sounds like you've got alot of clutch slippage

What sprockets size do you have for front and rear?

Rear is a stocks ds 650 sprocket and the front was a 14 tooth sprocket

@@Eastern_SA just the rear sprocket was stock for the ds 650. But the front sprocket I had ordered the smallest one I could get which was a 14 tooth and honestly I should have put a larger rear sprocket on it because I never used 5th and 6th gear. Halfway through 4th gear i was going around 100mph.

and I kept checking them I put the tires on after changing the wheel bearings and could remember if I had torque them. so I did the quick check to be sure they were not getting loose on me
