Hyrule Warriors: DE - Rupee & KO Farming: Over 100K Rupees & 9100 KOs in Under 15 Mins!

METHOD IN DESCRIPTION:
This is WITHOUT using Rupee Festival from the Apothecary as apparently you can’t stack higher than 2.5x rupees anyway. Using a bomb on the Lorule map will grant a rupee boost. With that and a Rupees+ weapon you can effectively farm rupees legitimately. As this is early on the map it's not a very hard mission and is quite easily accessible.
The following combinations will multiply your rupee gains by 2.5:
Weapon skill + Rupee Festival Mixture
Weapon skill + Rental Skill
Weapon skill + Rupee Fairy
Weapons skill + Stormy Marimba (Koholint Map)
Weapon skill + Bomb (Lorule Map) (Used here.)
Additionally this method is great for unlocking weapon skills as you can EASILY get well over the 5000 KOs needed in a single run.
METHOD:
Take out the initial objective captains. (If you're underlevelled you can ignore Skullkid, he doesn't do much for a while.)
3 summoners will appear in succession. Make a note of where they are and DO NOT go in those keeps, keep those summoners alive! Your objective is to farm on the minions the 3 summoners summon.
Before the 15 minutes are up (for getting top rank) the summoners will leave. At this time you can finish the mission if you wish.

Something worthy of note; even if you don't have a rupee weapon you can get about 80k rupee's per 9k kills with this method. i tried this just now with my lv 3 great fairy just to see how many kills i could get using her nuke.

Well I know now where to unlock the Legendary skill! If this was a red-colored mission, it could also be a place to farm Level 4+ weapons, making it the ultimate farming spot!

Don't kill the summoners at all. They leave just in time for you to clean up and get A rank. Apart from that detail, pretty much.

If you're unlocking skills you use whoever you're unlocking them for. If you're going for rupees you use whoever you're good at mass defeating with.

i had rupee up on the ravio thing and OH GOD im still at the start of the level and i have SO MUCH fun fact i never kill summoners i like the free kills why do people kill summoners by the time i edited this it was around 13/14 min old so i also wanted to say i used a + rupee weapon as young link

Honestly, this might be pretty solid for XP as well, it’s nowhere near as good as the intended map for XP grinding, but early on, with how easy to this, for the most part, it may be the way to go.

Good characters that kills a lot of enemies with a single attack : Cia (spam C2 and C3); Skull Kid (spam C3); Twilit Midna (any attack has a big attack area) Young Link MM (in magic mode). These are the best characters I can think of that can use big zone attacks with short combos :) Edit : C2 = YX or BY C3 = YYX or BBY and so on Edit 2 : You will kill even much more enemies if you stay in an enemy keep ;)

Actually took you 15m 40s to obtain the 100k+ rupees and 9100 KOs (battle starts at 48s and the KO breaks 9100 at 16:28)

As I suppose you know, official clear time is 13:33, shown at 16:43. Don't ask me how that works, present your objection to Koei Tecmo perhaps. As it's the official time that counts for A ranks, that's "under 15 minutes" enough even though you're technically right. Nice to see people are watching carefully though.

They were mostly used for their C6. It can clear a keep on its own so I wouldn't exactly call that underpowered or not good. I'll give you slow though.

The Dual Swords are actually really good, they become even faster with Hasty Attacks, while the Trident lacks one-on-one attacks and Ganondorf has the tendency to move too much with it imo, it's still fun to play.

To put it in perspective: the run in this video was very close to buying ONE level for a character above level 100, not counting any sell value from weapon drops. At such levels, it takes 123 900 rupees to buy a level.

@@a232-i9v on the lorule adventure map items give bonuses in battle, and using the bomb item card anywhere before the battle will give you a rupee multiplier.

I believe it does. I haven't tested because it's locked behind 90 skulltulas and my focus is 4+ weapon unlocks at the moment.

Update: The Japanese Wiki states the following at giving 2.5x rupees: Weapon skill + Rupee Festival Mixture Weapon skill + Rental Skill Weapon skill + Rupee Fairy Weapons skill + Stormy Marimba (Koholint Map) *Weapon skill + Bomb (Lorule Map)* (Used here.) That would imply that your forum source is correct and you cannot stack above that.

The Wii U version doesn't have this map so that's a good score for that version. The Wii U version has the 9,999,999 rupee glitch though.

It's simply his strong attack. You get it by not doing a combo before pressing it, once the meter is full.

Several characters do but the bar's appearance is unique to them and may serve slightly different functions, eg; for Zelda you get 3 charges that add a gimmick to your combos.
