@@BeddyEatsFood I bet you won't use any other air fryer now, the only snag is that the rotisserie is hung just a tad too high for some foods, a full chicken needs a bit of adjustment before cooking, but it works brilliantly and self bastes too 😁

Thanks for showing us all about your new air fryer. It looks fantastic. You make dough too..impressive. I had friends who were Finnish and they made pasties with pork and rutabaga and potatoes in a dough like yours and it was so delicious. That’s the first time I ever heard of pasties. Not used our main oven for about 2 years since we got our first drawer type air fryer. Our oven used for storage now! We still use that air fryer but we also have a Cosori 12ltr Oven. I got used to adapting recipes for it but always looking for ideas so I can't wait to see what you do in that beautiful new oven!. Those pasties looked good and yummy!

Great machine. You could put 2 baskets in 1 compartment and use just 1 side. Leaving the other side for stuff on trays, grill etc. x

Your new machine looks awesome. I have a big one too but it’s in storage and I can’t get to it but I’ve never used it yet. I’m looking forward to getting it back so I can use it. I do have a small one though. Those wings looked pretty darn good and so did the pasties. I love Cornish pasties and think I’m going to make some after seeing yours. Not so sure about the pastry though. Think I may just use puff pastry and I’ll make them smaller than yours as I’d only be able to eat half a one of them. Thanks for sharing your video Ian. Backyard chef does have one of those ovens but I think his different. I don’t think he has two baskets on his. Could be wrong though. But great video Ian as always. A bit afraid that I won’t like the way it cooks compared to the oven but did homemade wedges in it last night and so far so good. 🙏 hopefully I won’t mess everything up as usual and end up sticking under the cupboard from hell that houses all my kitchen appliances. I call it the graveyard cupboard. Smoothie maker. Sandwich maker and waffle maker. Rice cooker 🤣🤣. What was I thinking. 🤪🤪

Hi Ian, just rewatching this and noticed that the box says there’s an NTC temperature probe. Do you know if that’s some kind of built in feature or actual probe that you test your cooking with? It got me thinking because you didn’t mention it and I didn’t get one with mine. I’m loving it though, brilliant little oven.

Did you get the recipe from Hairy Bikers program, when they were trying to loose weight, I remember that they used a bread based recipe to make pies with reduced fat content. Also I have been watching another KZbin channel called the backyard chef who uses a Hysapientia duel oven, which I think is the same model as yours. You might want to check out some of his recipes for timings and temperatures.

If you listen carefully at the beginning he explained that he had been researching this type out and bought it himself. Personally I think that if a company chooses to supply any piece of equipment to them it shows that their recipes. are catching so many views they consider it an investment to supply them. My only issue with these gifts would be if any recipients gave a glowing reports while in fact they thought perhaps the machine failed their expectations. Somehow I don't see either of these too doing that.
