@@sanembalaganapathi7110 android auto and apple carplay are necessary features which continously upgrade. Both have Google maps live traffic facility. Car's built-in GPS function never give live traffic updates. Suggestion : buy only media player with android auto and apple carplay.

So here is the solution for it. first of all, you need to check with different mobiles if all mobiles are not able to connect with Android auto then it is a problem with the car media player. else it is a problem with the mobile. please diagnose whether it is issue of media player or mobile

Even If you are facing this issue after using original cable. Sometimes installation files get currupt. you need to reinstall the firmware from service center

Creta 2017 me nahi hai ye option ? I tried par usb se connect karke kuch nahi ata. Phone button dabane se bas call ke lie dikhata hai even though phone me Android aurto set up ho rakha hai Android 7.1 ke saath
