Happens due to cheap after market parts installed by chotu type professionals... Happened to my car once. On highway when my after market minda fog lights fitted by chottu...lead to overheating of wires and switces ultimately short circuit occured and my car caught fire inside driver cabin...i noticed some buring smell and immediately stopped by car on side of road. There was a small flame and by the time it could catch up other parts of dash board and wirings and do further damage to car...i managed to control the fire with extinguisher...however a small portion of wire and dashboard caught fire... Had to get car towed to my friends garage and repair cost was around 6000 for new part of wiring that got damaged and some parts of dashboard.. Also immoblizer got activated which was repaired by one ECM repair guy for 1000 Rs... Luckily my timely action saved my car.... Therafter I never let any of chotus to touch my car... Thank god for giving me courage that time as no one was stopping on highway to help me.... Then one of my friends came to the spot at 11:00 pm and we got the car towed and parked it in front of a dhabawala known to me... And took it next day to workshop.... Part ordering took 4 days and within week car was repaired...

lesson learnt:stay away from chotus😂 if installing any after market electrical accessory better buy a readymade wiring of a brand rather than assembling from chotus.
