Hyundai Creta Clutch Problem Resolved | Worn Out Clutch In Hyundai Creta | Transmission Problem

We had this 2017 Hyundai Creta visit one of our MotoFyx car repair workshop for an annual service along with a concern relating to the clutch system of the car. The owner had difficulty while shifting gears and the clutch pedal would occasionally sink to the floor which then had to be pressed twice / thrice in order to properly engage gears. Seeking a permanent solution towards the concern being faced, the car owner reached out to us for assistance.
Upon a detailed inspection of the car by our expert technicians, an initial road trial did indicate a weak clutch system with the clutch pedal sinking to the floor leading to gear shifting difficulty. Upon further diagnosis, the clutch fluid was found to be leaking from the slave cylinder leading to a loss in pressure amounting to difficulty shifting gear. Further the clutch set and release bearing had also become weak overtime, requiring replacement as well.
*Function of the Clutch:
- Clutch mechanism is used to both engage and disengage the power transmission from the driving shaft on to the driven shaft, ensuring smooth power transmission to the engine, enabling smooth movement
*Symptoms of weak/failing clutch:
- Engine revs but acceleration is poor
- Burning smell upon acceleration
- Difficulty shifting gears
- Hard to operate clutch pedal
- Noise from clutch pedal
*Solution:
- The gearbox was dismantled and old transmission oil was completely drained out
- Flywheel resurfacing was carried out
- New Hyundai genuine clutch set and release bearing were installed
- New transmission oil was filled
- Annual service was performed

13:27 Hi, I saw your video today, i myself have been facing this issue every 18 months on a Creta diesel. My queries are, how does one drive in bumper to bumper traffic without keeping leg on clutch pedal. Secondly how much do you charge for the replacement of clutch assembly and both cylinders. I am facing this problem even after clutch replacements.

I recently got my clutch plate and pressure plate, cylinder replaced and after service from dealership of hyundai, par same day jab gadi ki test drive li to steering right side ko jaane lagga, agle din fir service walo ke paas geya unhone allignment karke gadi wapis kardi l, ab mera swal ye hai ki kya hua hoga jo steering hard hogega aur feed back nai araha
