Hyundai Creta SX+ 1.6 Petrol Naturally Aspirated Engine | Real Life Long Term Review | Nick Zeek

Finally, 10 months after purchasing the Hyundai Creta 1.6 SX+ Petrol (a.k.a. Hyundai Cantus or Hyundai ix25), I have my real life review for everyone. Hyundai Creta has been a tough rival to most Indian Compact SUVs like the Duster, Ecosport, Kicks, Terrano, Compass, Harrier, Captur and also XUV, to some extent. Creta has seen a rapid sales growth in the past 4 years and is a market leader for many years in a row. This Creta’s 1.6 L naturally aspirated petrol engine is the key reason, I’am not much impressed by the new Hyundai Creta 2020 BS6. I bought this Creta 1.6 P in April 2018.
In this review, I am sharing my overall experience with my Creta SX +, its features and how it performs in the various road conditions.
With the bunch of attractive features like Hydraulic Steering, ABS, EBD, ESP, Push Start/Stop, Keyless Entry, Projector lamps, Daytime Running LEDs, Hydraulic Boot Lid, Foldable Rear Seats, 17" Alloy Wheels, Comfortable Seats, Excellent Ride Quality, Powerful performance and Good Fuel Economy, Creta still attracts a lot of new customers in India today.

1.6 ltr - Petrol - automatic - gives 8 to 9 kmpl - I own one...and I'm not happy with this mileage...Rest are good but definitely not compromising worth at this mileage. Guess yours to is automatic.....please share your in city & highway mileage feedback

Bro. Why you have choosen petrol creta as creta is known for its refined diesel.. I m also planning to buy one this festive season.. Little bit confused between petrol 1.5 Ex and diesel E .. Kindly suggest.. having monthly driving between 1000km to 1500km... In long reliability and light on pocket which is best.. for upcoming 10 years

We drove 60k+ kms in 2 years. Usually people buy Diesel cars for such extensive usage, but we love Hyundai’s petrol refinements. Although, Hyundai Diesel engines are awesome, but Creta 1.6 Diesel was horrible when compared to 1.6 Petrol (my Creta). We are loving it, the maintenance cost is decent and it has given us great confidence that we can own it for at least 5 years in total, we may never sell it. Looking at 2020, new Creta Diesel is super awesome. In my 1.6 Petrol Creta, I get 13-14 kmpl on highway @100-120kmph My Dad gets 18-20 kmpl at 70-80 kmph.
