I DID IT IN 10 MINUTES, But I took out the whole screw so I used black tape to put it back of the screw so it won’t fall putting it back in And I LOVE YOU because this is my THIRD repair with this/my car

Mine don’t have the plug. Show how to change that one. It’s a 2016 accent. Looks like the panel has to come off. Changing doors and need the lock from old door.

There are two catches. One at the bottom and one at the top down inside of the diagonal. You need a small flat head to pry the catch loose on the pointy end of the diagonal. Ya'll are probably trying to pry loose on the larger catch but I caught hell trying to get it out that way too.
