of course this was a DIY job but correct way can be done without removing that "electronic" throttle body. it can stay bolted where it is. but I made a mistake of moving that butterfly flip, which can be opened by turning the ignition to 2nd position and pressing the gas pedal (do not start the car) and clean it that way with clean microfiber towel.

Can you do a video on performing a intake valve cleaning? Also did you reset the throttle body position sensor?

no I just Turned the key to “ON,” but did not start the car right away.I guess it depends on a car

Can you do a video on how to perform an Intake valve cleaning ? I have both 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and Elantra cars and both of them need the GDI intake valve cleaning done really bad . I want to do this myself to save on money. Pls consider doing valve cleaning DIY service.

I did once on mine will record second time, I did not feel big of a differance

You need to show how to recalibrate after you put it back together. You can't just start it and drive away after moving the butterfly

forgot but with these cars all u need is to turn key in to on position for 10 sec before u start. that's it.

What are the signs that you need to clean the throttle body?

in my case it was not throttle body, car burns oil that’s why I had sluggish acceleration poor gas milage

if your car is idling irate or is stalling when coming to a stop this could fix it

Hand tighten … the 10 mm bolts are small and break easiky

nope, you can clean it without removing it actually.
