They all stop on turns or junctions causing slowdowns. 2-wheelers always find gaps in dividers to make turns or u-turns causing slowdowns. Red lights jump in Delhi is done 60% by 2-wheelers, erickshaws and autos. Then come buses and then cars. Only because police stops cars as they have a higher chance of getting bribes by car drivers
