Big thanks. Only real issue I ran into was removing the torque screws. Other than that, everything was super easy. Now my steering wheel accessories work again. I haven't been able to use CC for three years lol. I'm excited again

How did you handle the torque screws. I keep turning and turning thinking by now it should be loose but I still can't get the middle part of my steering wheel off

@@sample2323 at some point they should be entirely backed out. Make sure you're not missing any other screws too

I had the same problem, I could turn the cruise control on/off but I could not set it. This fixed my problem, I will say that if you buy a cheap aftermarket part it can last you a year or less. Try and buy an OEM part, I will have to do this again because the cheap part I bought failed.

@@Freeroamer00 No mate. All my check lights are proper. Nothing is on. But now when i try to do the cruise control, it starts automatically cycling through all the other modes and messes up the trip and resets the fuel consumption estimator , etc etc on its own... :/ its crazy

@@firzen2010 Update- so i went to junkyard today and extract clock spring from a salvaged 2013 model and put that in mine (2013 same year model) and .. it worked! Now all functions works just fine!!

@@firzen2010 Then it Might be your buttons.. you can try extracting buttons from a salvaged one and try to replace yours.. it comes of fairly easy just unscrew screws behind steering wheel..

Does the b1346 go away after driving for a while. I fixed it, light is off, but code shows up in history on scanner.

Yes, before you try anything else, replace the clock spring. It is not expensive and there is a high chance it will solve the problem you're having. Thanks for watching, hope this video helps you👍

Got it from Ebay, but just to save you the hustle try and buy an oem part. The cheap $14 aftermarket part lasted just over a year and I had to do this again already.
