And thank you for all the subtitles and such ^.^ I would like to say that it would be much easier to understand the subtitles if you separate out the comments from the translations (such as putting comments in brackets [ . . .] or such) that way it is more clear when you are just adding a note on the screen. Ok... Theory Time: (this is just my interpretation) Yeah... they all have their own sufferings. *Taehyung:* His father was alcoholic and abusive of his sister (mom? i dunno she looks young tho... so sister) Then, one night he's had enough and killed him which he of course feels guilty of. Then, the police came and arrested him (wings short film: stigma) And he says "Can I have a phone call?" (seems unimportant right? well ur wrong, it'd be important later) *Namjoon:* He betrayed Taehyung. This is kinda seen in the Run MV where the police chase them; they were happy and all (even tho 'they' got arrested) but suddenly Taehyung's expression changes to conpuzzled innocent looking TaeTae. Also, I think that in the I NeedU MV scene when a guy in the car throws money shows that Namjoon got bribed to put Taehyung to jail. And, in wings short film: reflection, we can can hear a telephone ringing to which Namjoon runs to. In the end (of the reflection short film) we see Namjoon running towards a locked phone booth which has the word "Liar" written on it (which refers to how Namjoon lied and betrayed Taehyung. *Hobi:* He either tried to commit suicide or has Somatic Symptom Disorder (or both) which caused him to overdose pills and faint. That also lead him to become a patient in a psychiatric hospital. (if he did try to commit suicide he survived because we can see he opens his eyes in i need u mv) His illness was caused by a childhood traumatic event where his mother left him in an amusement park on his birthday (highlight reels) *Jimin:* Well, he tried to drown himself. He probably became a patient of the same mental hospital as Hoseok after his attempted suicide. *Jungkook:* He feels guilty because he couldn't save Yoongi (seen as in several scenes, he tries to blow out the fire/lighter Yoongi was holding) but instead became a reason for Yoongi to burn himself. He also dies by a car crash which is hinted by the scenes in the I Need U, MV, Run MV and Wings Short Film: First Love where he is in front of a car (for i need u and run) and where Yoongi was almost hit by a car (in first love) *Yoongi:* He burnt himself (i need u mv, begin, first love, lie) because of depression and Jungkook's death. (Think of it like Jungkook's death was the last factor for him to decide to kill himself) This was shown in the scenes where he was in the room and burnt the entire place (i need u) (note that he didn't have his jacket on) and the burning painting and piano (begin, first love, lie) (Also, BULTAOREUNE... FIIIIIRREEEE) *Jin:* He knows all about these shits happening to everyone and, as a fuckin good friend, he tries to save them. How? By making a deal with the devil (bs&t where he kissed a black winged statue: kissing the devil means making a deal with the devil which shortens one's lifespan in exchange) He made a deal to be able to create alternate realities, 3 to be exact (or at least for now let's wait for their next comeback to see) (alternate realities i counted: I Need U Prologue & Run, Highlight Reels, Euphoria) But, every time he does so, his life span shortens. So in the I Need U Prologue & Run reality is the beginning/ the actual reality that started everything. In the highlight reels reality, all those things still happened but they didn't die/get arrested. Taehyung still wasn't saved by Namjoon but he got out, Namjoon left the girl (like how he left Tae), Yoongi's girl took his lighter from him (symbolizing that she's trying to protect him from his past attempt of burning himself), Jungkook sees the lighter on the girl's guitar and looks (Jung)shookt and he's on a wheelchair showing that he still got hit by the car, and Jin tries to distance himself from the members to prevent further danger to the members. But, the results are the same, Taehyung gets arrested, Namjoon still leaves the girl, Yoongi's girl still dies, Jungkook's girl also dies/disappears, Hobi still traumatized by this past, Jimin still left in the rain. Jin tries again and creates the euphoria reality where he thought everything was solved. Taehyung didn't kill his father which is shown in Euphoria that instead of the corpse it was just Hobi sitting there (alive... ok? he didn't die)(also, he was smiling showing that he was happy now), Jin picked up the money on the floor symbolizing that Namjoon didn't betray Taehyung anymore (note the kinda glitch effect on the scene symbolizing that Jin change what happened), Yoongi was saved by Jungkook from the fire (YOONGI WEARING THE JACKET DUNNN... DUNNNNNN... DUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNN) Jungkook obviously alive and not on a wheelchair. Jin dies tho, he sacrified his life to save them (instead of Tae jumping Jin jumps) But, Jimin is left alone in the mental hospital (so happy ending is still not achieved) And here is where Omelas comes in (spring day mv) Omelas ("The Ones Who Walked Away From Omelas" ya know the book) is a utopia where everything's peaceful but there is that one unfortunate kid who has to eternally suffer to maintain peace and prosperity. In the I Need U Prologue & Run reality, Taehyung is this kid that's why he jumps in the prologue. In the highlight reels reality, all of them still suffer which is most definitely worse than the previous. But, in the Euphoria reality, the kid is Jin who sacrified his life to save them but unintentionally left Jimin alone with a huge "WHAT THE FUCK IS GONNA HAPPEN NEXT?" to ARMY's minds all over the world. *Conclusion:* The story doesn't have a conclusion yet (or will it just be a cycle of suffering) I don't know. You don't know. We all don't know but one thing's for sure, my head and fingers hurt so bye

리액션 영상 잘 보고 있어요~~^^ 뮤비 도입부에 진이의 슬픔은 나머지 여섯 동생멤버들을 그들이 처한 고통으로부터 구해내지 못했기 때문이구요....여섯개의 꽃잎은 멤버들을 상징한다고 해요. 방탄 뮤비시리즈의 이야기를 이끌어 나가는 주인공은 진이 인걸로 보여요. 진이의 독백에는 ' 시간을 되돌릴 수 있다면~~~'이라는 표현이 나오는데 실제로 뮤비들을 보다보면 시간을 되돌린듯 같은 상황이 반복되며 조금씩 변화된 것을 볼 수 있지만 여섯 멤버들은 여전히 고통스런 상황을 벗어나지 못한 것으로 보입니다. Euphoria 를 봐도 그 조차도 진짜 행복이 아닌, 가짜행복? 내지는 진이 다시 되돌려서 설계한 꿈 속 처럼 보이니까요. 제발 행복한 결말로 끝났으면 하는 바램이에요

Euphoria - a state in which a person experiences pleasure or excitement and intense feelings of well-being and happiness but for a short time AND it's not real (usually experienced from certain drugs or sometimes before death to ease the pain... like people say "flashes of good memories before you die"). So, all happy moments is a fantasy, and all other parallel sad moments are actually sad reality. It's BTS... They don't do happy LOL
