On the question about children...do you need to list your children if they are not going to the US with you? I am going there soon on the fiance visa and am not sure what to put for this. 3 of my children are over 18 and one under and none will be moving over with me. Thanks

I'm thinking about sponsoring a male adult and his daughter who is a minor. Will I be financiallu or legally responsible for them as well. Or will the government come after me for support. Do you have a link where I can find more info on this topic.

sir, my question is about the affidavit of support form i-134 for the k1 fiance visa. when the sponsor filled this form does he / she need to get approval of the concerned authority before sending it to the beneficiary? any stump or sign required on this form before reaching it to the beneficiary?
