One of my favorite things about your videos like this is how you kinda take us on the journey with you as you tweak a base design to suit your needs. It's like, "Hey, this thing I found wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but it was close enough, so I changed it a bit. Here's kinda how I did it, so you can try it, too." I really appreciate these sorts of videos demystifying the processes behind art and making. Also, even if you say the video was long, it was over before I knew it. The flow and the pacing were well done for the amount of information you included.

Super hyped to see that video - great explanations and work as usual! Actually a friend group of mine is planning to cosplay Mina, Kikoru, Kafka and Reno at a local convention in 3 weeks and we are working on everyones cosplay! Friends of mine will for sure use your tips for the gun, while we are hard at work at doing a foam kikoru axe :) Would love to see more Kaiju Weapons from you - manga has still some more to offer

Damn, that this is fire. I love Kaiju No.8 and immediatelly after the comic con in Bulgaria ended, (i think it was 7th or 8th of July) i started modeling the main assault rifle, that every Defence Officer uses and sadly, i havent touched anything in a while. I have glued all parts together (almost) and i will have to prime it and print it. I have the idea of making Kaiju No.8 costume, but that means i have to learn really fast, how to model organically, cuz i dont want to make it from EVA foam. I am more of a tech guy, lol. EVA foam is cool, but i personally would work with PLA or other typed of filament. Its just more for me. But dude, i just love this gun. You made it TOO GOOD!!! I cant wait to see your future Kaiju No.8 related videos!

Great video loved the intro and I like long good videos...I don't really comment on videos....However I've seen your plastic welding in several videos and other channels and it always baffles me why none of them use actual chemical plastic welding. My 2 favorites are Weldon-3 and weldon-16. 3d gloop is great but expensive. So is weldon but I feel you get more quantity and in same cases more bang for your buck....IDK though id share.....keep videos coming I watch them all

CLEVER BOY i was literally debating on printing this after buying the files since its enormous. my cosplay settings required 11kg of filament, after 2 walls and very little infill i got it down to 8 rols. but this can save me tons more.

So is there a reason why you added a negative cube and not print with 0 infill? Does it change how it prints or the pathing that it will take when slicing/printing? More info on this would be lovely.
