Another nice win, congrats Lex. AQs was a good shove, especially early in the game, people tend to not go all in early.

I so wanted to head south to the Hard Rock. I knew DQ was playing but I also knew that a 5/10 or more game was out of my league. Knew you'd have a nice score w/the lineup!

Great job Lex! Well played. Only critique: AA hand, I’d like to see a bet on the flop when it checked around to you in position. I understand your reasoning but If it led to a check-raise, then you fold or call and re-evaluate on the turn. Everyone knew you were strong, no reason to lay off the gas IMO. (Don’t let DQ scare you. He’s only flesh and blood! ;)

Just cause youre getting 3-bet by the button doesnt mean his range is capped unless you know this player in an exploitative sense. Nice to see some more aggressive lines.

@Vahn4212 жыл бұрын
Good vlog dude except that last hand 39 was definitely a check-call on the river. You needed to give him room to bet all his missed bluffs and not put you in a tough spot by raising you on the river with a potential bluff or a monster.
@barberjr17422 жыл бұрын
They may want to check those decks. The 10 9 off hand shows 2 10's of clubs on the board...... odd

in that last hand would it not have been worth checking back the river if you think hes missed a flush or straight draw.. hes never going to call any size bet but if you check to him he might try a bluff

Can someone explain why $5/10/25 is preferred over $10/25?
@ericnerenberg70642 жыл бұрын
Run good continues for Lex 👍, looks like everyone was having a good time win or lose. It’s nice to win but if you lose a pot it’s not so bad when you’re playing with people that know how to have a good time. DQ is a legend. GL
@lovetitleist692 жыл бұрын
It looks like you're back to normal stakes after your $10K loss with duces full. Don't hit the felt so hard when you check. It looks like the table shakes.

How do poker vloggers remember the boards perfectly?
@dogperson4322 жыл бұрын
They keep notes
@GetRichorDieScratching2 жыл бұрын
@@dogperson432 some even invent the boards/cards… you can tell when other vloggers are at the table and the stories don’t match. It’s hard work trying to vlog. I tried once ~ the note taking is extensive. Can’t blame them for cutting corners now and then.

You bet AQs bet large $125, the pot built up, you took down your biggest pot by going all in. Then you get AA, bet $100, check for deception and loose the pot. How many times must it be said? you lost those aces because you didn't bet big on the flop. Then you go nuts with AKo... lost $400
@joeyp30942 жыл бұрын
He bet 200 on the turn into a 300 pot and was called by 67. Not sure what you are talking about. If he bets 200 on the flop he still gets called obviously so how did anything change? He should barrel the turn on 6 8 10 Q against a player that called $200 after the flop? 68, 79, 810, 9J, 10Q all have you dominated as do all the sets. Bottom line he's checking turn anyway and getting rivered.
@joemehere11512 жыл бұрын
@@joeyp3094 He checked on the flop. AA should bet hard especially if there's a chance for a flush or a straight. If they want to see the next card, they have to pay. Had it been JJ Or QQ ok, just check.
@joeyp30942 жыл бұрын
@@joemehere1151 yes he should bet way more often on the flop than check but in this specific instance it didn't make a difference, may have actually cost him more money had he bet flop checked turn and had to call down on the river right?
@frankdevries57392 жыл бұрын
@@joeyp3094 Should have bet the flop and the turn. He would have won the hand. Checking the flop for pot control and deception is just bad play.
@joeyp30942 жыл бұрын
@@frankdevries5739 Best of luck to you at the tables if you are firing flop turn with AA on 6 8 10 Q when your flop bet is called. I suppose you call when you get raised on the turn and are willing to get stacked by about 30 combinations of hands?
