I haven't seen any signs against it so I'd probably assume so. Surprising because in most other areas they're not allowed.

Wouldn't want to try the small, blue, one-holer rest area on the shoulder in Wheat Ridge. And the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. Be very, very careful; the animals are armed. And they're trained. Getting through town in 35 or so minutes is pretty good, and then you get that sensation you're going up, really, really fast. COPD would probably tell me to get back down where I belong.
