Question 22, if you put yes you have to provide all addresses, you can put your previous address with corresponding dates and on your current address you put the start date to present. Some applicants put only their old address and they were fine too.. but it's all up to you..

No we ddint consult a lawyer.. base on my experience and my friends' experience so far the processing was fast and easy interview questions. Filling out the form is easy there are alot of youtube tutorials. I dont know any immigration lawyer but i guess you can find one online..

I actually read about this but i am not really sure.. some say that you can use name your husband's last name in the form I-751 you'll just have to explain in the cover letter that you want your 10 year greencard to be issued using your husband's last name. Of course as your proof is the marriage cert which is i think valid to change the last name.

Oh i mean during my 2 year green card interview or the adjustment of status of interview.. the immigration officer just gabe me that letter and also told to me to do the I-751 within 90 day before my 2 year gc expires.. if your 2 year gc is about to expire you can apply for I-751

Ate I have a question regarding part 1 item no. 22. So I and my husband travels for work and we have been all over US since I became a permanent resident, but those addresses are just for work, my permanent address is the same ever since, my physical address has been in other states. We just go home for vacation. It’s our parent’s house actually but it’s home for us. Our driver’s licenses are also addressed there. I wonder what should I put in that question? Please help me out, thank you! Should I put yes and include all our addresses for work?

I think the preparer is the external party.. since you are filing jointly it doesnt matter who filled out the form.. i think just leave it blank

Regarding sa address nag.rent mig apartment now but we're still using our old mailing address should we answer Yes sa question na if we moved? 2. I'm applying along with my son 1form lang ba amuang fill upan? 3. Until now wala pa nabalik akong greencard kay naay error sa akong middle name hoping imail na nila ang corrected one but incase wala gipahon then paexpire na akong 2year GC should i attached the photocopy of my incorrect GC. Hope mapansin nimu akong comment.

1. I think it would be best if transparent mo sa uscis so i would say yes. But still depende pa rin inyo sis if wlaa naman problema in receiving your docs from your old address. 2. One form lng 3. Just submit the receipt of the form i-90. Just explain in the cover letter kung bakit kayo nag submit ng i-90. No need to submit the old green card but if it makes you comfortable submitting a photocopy of the incorrect GC that would be fine also.

Yes if you're filing this form I-751 means you are still a greencard holder then yes you have to put the A number.
