May I ask advise, with the application for I-751, we incorrectly spelled out in the check as US Deparment of Homeland Security Department was spelled as DEPARMENT. Will our case be rejected? RFE?

Hi, I live in MO and I got a traffic ticket in OK for speeding for $196. I already took care of it. Now, I am not sure what should I say in question 20 of I751 form where they ask criminal history like have you ever been arrested, fine etc. (It specifically says excluding Traffic Regulations). Could you please help me with this question?

My husband is a United States citizen we got married 6th May 2017 I was stamped in as IRI after two yrs of marriage. December last yr I was given 2ys conditional residence which will expire by May 12th 2021 I was advised to mail it back to immigration to give me 10yr permanent green card because I married with my husband for more than two yrs. since three months I have not received the green. What is ur professional advice...?

I filed the I-751 form and pay with personal check. However I didn't see the part where I need to submit all the evidence. Can I still submit those evidence in a separate mail? Do I lost my money?

😳😳😳😳 OK, you can do two things. Short and better: Send all documents (copies, never original ) and extra extra evidence with a formal letter explaining why you forgot or didn't sent that information package before... Orrrr you can wait until they notice it and send you back a letter requesting all info they need but it'll take really longer, I'm talking around 18 or even more

If already happened 3 years or more since you get your 2 year green card you can apply for 'naturalization' = get citizenship

I sent in 3. It's always good to send in as much advice as possible. Photos, Bills, Tax returns, join accounts, rental agreement, affidavits ( as much as you can get, keep a few for a possible interview) I also sent in a list of people they are welcome to contact. Good luck
