I am from Pakistan. I have an F4 visa case with a Priority Date of July 2003, and a Documentarily Qualified (DQ) date of December 2023. My case is now complete, and the Affidavit of Support has also been completed. I have now opened the case for my 2 sons. Please kindly let me know if, when the Affidavit of Support for my 2 sons is required, a new Affidavit will also be required for me in 2024. I had hired an agent in New York, and they informed me that a new Affidavit for me will be required along with my 2 sons'. Please kindly confirm this. I am very worried
