Hello! Thanks for all of this. I wanted to know. For this form- on the paper form- I'm unable to leave Physical Address 1 completely blank per your suggestion, because there's a box filled "present" that can't be deleted for some reason. Will this be problematic ? Thanks

I did everything well but what confused me is that, the evidence for prior marriage is asking for 2 documents yet i only divorced one time and have been married 2 times. I don't have money to pay a lawyer. I am now stuck.

Great video! But the question about removal proceedings, does that apply to removal proceedings outside the US as well? Obviously it applies to US proceedings but if someone was deported from a country outside the US should it be stated on that question? Thank you

Hello Kseniya, my I130 got approved. My son will start working from January. He was a student till now, no income . He didn't file his income tax return previously. Can he show his employment offer letter for Affidavit of support. It's around 40k usd per year. Getting a joint sponsor is not possible. What else can be done to show Affidavit of support?

Hi Kseniya, great video. Quick Question: does Petitioner (me) has to fill up I-864 while beneficiary(mother) is eligible for I-864W at the same time? or these two forms are mutually exclusive? Meaning if I use one then other one is not required. My mother has 40 credits in SSN statement. I am us citizen and a full time student and planning to sponsor her.

Hi Kseniya! i filed I 130 and made a big mistake but not watching your detailed guide how to do it!! And obviously i made a huge mistake in section 4 part 61a! i choose section 62a instead of 61a! and im already in US!!! i got approved have i 797 on hands! can i submit I 485 based on my beneficiary A number ??? or i need to submit another form I 130??

@@dmytrosyomin4384 yes you can submit the adjustment of status with the I-130 receipt. I would attach an explanation letter that you’ve made a mistake.

Not sure if you ever sent your passport for any reason to USICS but you can try requesting a FOIA on the website and they send you all your information they have.
