Yessir Brother Bully...I did discover that warming up is so crucial to aid in preventing injury, especially the older I get. It does take me about 10-15 minutes to really get my muscles where they need to be to feel comfortable pushing myself in my workouts. God bless you and your family my brother.

Yeah Simbine hit the 2nd highest top speed in the race. If I recall they recorded him hitting 43.3 km/h and Noah hit 43.6 km/h. Simbine likely held his top speed slightly better in that particular split than Lyles did in his best split. They both reached top speed between 62m and 66m but don't remember who reached it later.

@@OutofLoveXO Yeah I was confused there for a second because for a quick minute you made me think lyle’s beat bolts 100m with a 9.49 but i misheard when it was a 9.79 but most of bolts time was on the air if he kept his feet on the ground it would most likely closer to 9.50 nor than 9.60 which is maybe around 28.5 mph but bolt also has insane self core and strength around his body and his height and longer legs help with his longer strides so it gonna be hard to beat his record or noah lyle’s strides but it all depends on body structure , physique and your strides also on your strategy and energy. Overall 24 mph is considered a professional athlete speed with around 11 m/s so you might be on track if you continue trying since you barely warmed up in this video compared to usain bolt’s usual training
