Maybe make a spawn to activate the condition failed but make it follow the player and put the spawn trigger when you leave the ground

So in the part where you have to jump to start the stage, instead of putting a spawn trigger set to touch trigger above the player, you can alternatively use a toggle orb. And aside from it being able to spawn triggers, it also has an option called "claim touch" which basically doesnt make you jump if you hit it. I did some testing and it is capable of solving the "don't touch the ground" clear condition problem.
