i have a ton of great ideas if you leave your house for too long, don't have security cameras or leave the doors open, you can get robbed and lose some of the furniture in your house if a child joins your family and they decide to get emancipated, you have to pay child support and take care of their expenses the fruit in fruit bowls expires and you have to replace it otherwise you get food poisoning ( as well as other food you leave out ) if you don't cook food properly you can get parasites and your hunger runs out faster. eventually, you will start to have seizures if you don't pay for treatment you have to pay for internet and tv subscriptions if your child isn't a teenager and you leave them home alone you can get charged with neglect the paintings on your walls gradually turn more yellow and the colour starts to fade if an area in your house is exposed to water (like the bathroom after you take a shower if you don't open a window / turn on a fan) mold starts growing and then mushrooms appear you have to clean drains otherwise they get clogged and then you have to hire a plumber if you eat too much food you start to gain weight and then you have to pay for treatment condiment bottles start to run out and then you have to replace them sitting for prolonged periods of time lowers your athletic skill xp and makes you more likely to faint, as well as slows down how much energy you get from sleeping if you don't take care of your "fun" needs it increases your stress, so you start having restless sleep to make it more realistic, budgets are lowered based on unfair things that exist in most systems today, like gender or race players can pick locks you can place people on citizens arrest and until a mod gets involved, they can't leave gambling i'll stop now

ok i need to add more if you don't pay bills on time, you lose your house and then you have to pay $1800 to rent from npc slumlords you can throw eggs at peoples houses you can change temperatures to make people uncomfortable sun burns, heatstroke and hypothermia swimming skill, you have to start off with a life jacket and if you don't you can drown and then pay a hospital fee. if you get too tired you can also drown if you don't stretch after exercising, it had adverse side effects termites can enter your house and eat away at your walls you can punch holes in walls if your stress increases and then you have to pay a fine they add npc drivers to the game and if you don't drive correctly, they harass you and follow you around traffic running over pedestrians costs you and your work reputation is ruined-you lose xp at your jobs

you have to have some form of energy generation on your plot, all of them have downsides. a reactor can cause radiation poisoning, wind turbines kill birds so you have bird carcasses all over your plot, etc.

When you turn into adult in bloxburg now you can decide give your possessions. So if you don't pay for your hospital bills, you will have start over and give the person you agreed give your house, food, everything. Electronics in your house now have lifespan of working so when you played the game for while you will be told for exqmplethat your Tv stopped working and if you like to buy replacement or would want it fixed for cheaper cost. Their catch tho their will be 90% chance it will be fixed. Now their weathers, It will rainy which have chance to turn someone electricity off with thunderstorm. Sunny day, some days will be very hot and if you dont find colder area you can faint to the heat. Snowy days, chances of blizzard and you will actually freeze to the ground if you dont find warmer area. Cloudy days, Chances of being unseeable outside so it be harder drive in the road.
