I adjusted the handle bar on my 2020 KTM 1290 SuperDuke R and I love it.

Adjusting the handle bar is not completely difficult
, all the tools you are going to need to do the work
comes with your bike from KTM.
And even better is all the factory measurements that KTM input under the handle bar to make it easy for you to line things up after the adjustment.
Mine is adjusted on my 2020 1290 Super Duke R and I love it.

Beautiful bike, I didn’t know adjustments can be done on the super duke, I don’t own a ktm motorcycle but I am thinking about buying the 2022 super duke r bike, which is how I found your channel I’ve been watching just about every super duke video on you tube, and I went to a Ktm dealer last week and the bike ls are so nice looking in person, .

Man, would have been cool to see a how to video. I wanted the same, had my bike in the shop for first service and asked them to move bars to back position. The tech was old school and didn’t know about that so he rotated the bars down a tiny bit. I don’t mind it, but I may tinker with that back position after watching your vid. Thanks.

I have done this and feel more upright, which is what i prefer on a naked bike. Awesome ride and very informative. Now it's more prone to wheelies. Cheers 😈✌🏼

I raised my handlebars 30mm and it feels great, with being a shorty i reach them better taking pressure off the wrist

great video! a shop screwed me over. i need to put it back to factory. I’ve already attempted by loosening the bolts you’ve pointed out but it looks like thats to my fork tubes.. lil stuck atm, bike rides 100% different , not to mention they messed with all suspension settings, i might report them to the better bussiness buro🤷‍♂️

Yes Marco I did move the handle bar my self and am really sorry I don’t I have the instructions on how to, but one thing I can tell you is that it’s very easy if you wanna do it your self.

That’s all you have to do, you’re just moving the rail back to the second position and by doing so you’ve just given your self another relax riding position.
