Electricity can kill you. Don't ever do what I'm doing in this video. Ever, under any circumstances.
Again: you could literally die if you play with bare wires, light bulbs or electricity. Do not ever try to imitate what you have seen in this video.
One more time: I am a trained, experienced professional, and even I shouldn't be messing around with bare wires and electricity. Don't do this stuff, ever.

@13:00 that is a C6 bulb which is designed for a series string. These are only 12 volt bulbs which is why it blew out when you put 110 volts to it.

I've been shocked more times in my life than I can remember. I've worked on electronics professionally for most of my adult life. I would NEVER test lights this way.

I got electrocuted on a 120v plug hanging out of the wall when I was a young teenager. I reached for it and couldn’t see it, due to a night stand being in front of it. It was unexpected and by surprise I felt this weird jolt going up my arm and didn’t know what it was, but it was frightening! I don’t think it can be fatal unless you hold onto it for a long period of time. Now what really kills you is the amperage(current), not the voltage. For instance, a toaster a high amp rating. So that could potentially stop your heart. Just the volts can knock you for a loop, because it’s not current, but electrical pressure. ⚡️ Still, I don’t encourage messing with any bare electrical wires at all! Especially if you have an existing heart condition.

Yep that was a C6 15 volts wired in series of 8 usually. 8X15 =120V

I would have taped one of the wires down to a plastic surface like a cutting board, then I could put the bottom of the bulb on the end of the wire and touch the other wire to the side. Slightly safer than what the guy here is doing.
