I Almost Lost My Camera | Eventful Sunrise on Ireland's Wild Coast

In this video, I take you along on a sunrise shoot along the northwest coast of Kerry, Ireland, where an unexpected storm nearly cost me my camera. What started as a promising location quickly turned into a battle with high winds and rain, but the shoot still delivered some great surprises, including long exposure shots of a stunning sea stack and a fleeting rainbow on the horizon.
I’ll walk you through the entire process, from dealing with the challenging weather to capturing the perfect composition. You’ll also see some behind-the-scenes moments, including a local braving the freezing waters for a morning plunge. WOW! I know that feeling when a camera does a nosedive off a tripod. Im surprised given the conditions your tripod didnt move in the wind for those long exposures.. Marvelous keepers there. Dont forget Leitrim has a coastline albeit 5 miles long but there are some nice places to photograph there too for your waw books. Keep up the great work young man.
