Used to play mouse trap with my grandpa…super fun vintage game

That Yard Sale Score is freaking Rad. Pokémon Ultra Sun Factory Sealed and The nicknacks and oddities you picked up are so cool. Also That Mystery Game Boy game is Solar Strike published by Nintendo. It’s basically a Shoot em Up and I heard it’s one of the best games on the Game Boy. Either way Great Episode as always The Retro World.

I have a Mousetrap board game. The coolest one I ever found was an old Addams Family game. I use to collect these and found all kinds at our local mission store. That was back in the day when you could find good things cheap. It's so much harder now but I love the hunt.

I didn't think they had many yard sales down in Massachusetts, especially the Boston area like you guys do down there but apparently they do. I met somebody that does what you do and he watches your show and he said there's an app down here that shows all the yard sales and there's a million of them! I might start getting on that

I forgot to comment the other day on your video. My mistake at 0:26 I thought that was maybe a vintage 1987 Ghostbusters Highway Haunter VW Beetle Car. But after closer examination I'm mistaken. Otherwise still great pickups!

Seeing that Mouse Trap game brought me back, then those Simpson items were awesome. When it comes to the OG Xbox controllers, as long as they come with the breakaway cable, if they a couple of bucks like the one the guy mentioned I would snag them up. I feel ya on the N64 Bundle, good price, but I think thrift shop/2nd hand stores and yard sales have made me cheap lol. Don't blame the guy for wanting to look up stuff online to get an idea of what some of it is worth, hope you can work out a deal and get something sweet though. Great video my dude, Awesome scores. Love me some Pokemon, but the VR for that price is hard to argue with being the best thing. Looking forward to seeing what your next amazing score will be. Cheers man, hope you're having a great day. #Roadto17k

Oh, Dan, I could not believe you missed the Red GBA in the bottom of that box you were digging through at the yard sale of the guy that wanted to look up stuff before he sold anything else. I was yelling at you, but you didn't hear me!! LOL
@ericblair49212 жыл бұрын
I think he should of offered on all . Sometimes it helps to throw out the first number. But sounds like he wasn’t trying to sell any of them right then in there.

The red 2ds for $5 was my favorite pickup. I got the white and red one at a yard sale one time for $10 with Smash Bros in it. I like collecting the wedge shape 2ds handhelds cause they are kind of a dorky design, which I think will be collectible in the future.
@TheRetroWorld2 жыл бұрын
They are pretty neat. My first 2DS was the red Mario kart wedge!

That one guy with all the games and game gear was strange like how are you going to put the games out in a garage/yard sale and then say I’m not selling them that’s crazy man you had to deal with that nonsense but otherwise still a great day and haul of pickups enjoy my man
@Whitewolf198462 жыл бұрын
Why would that guy show you all of those games, then not want to sell...you're too nice I would have been heated! Lol (Especially with Zelda GB!)

$5 for a 2DS?! Okay I'm jelous of that. Especially when you got a possible CiB copy of Ultra sun with it. I sat possible because you never opened the case on camera. Awesome finds
@thebeastieboys29002 жыл бұрын
Bruh you should have offered that dude a hundred for all that old school shit and if he waffled hit him with 150.. Works damn near every time. I found that alot of people don't want to say a price first cause they just assume since your at a garage sale your trying to pay some small ass amount like a buck an item..
@mrquito712 жыл бұрын
Mouse Trap complete??
@JuanGrande3862 жыл бұрын
I would never pay anywhere close to $115 for an N64 with no games at a yardsale! IMHO that was a bad price. After Ebay and shipping fees there's like no profit. You might lose $ honestly.

I would stay away from manga that are library rentals. They will go for much less since collector's and other manga buyers don't want them marked up with barcodes and other stuff. Omnibus Manga like the bleach which combine multiple volumes i stay away from since the spines always get messed up reading them and are much worse quality than standard manga volumes
@TheRetroWorld2 жыл бұрын
I feel you on that. Tbh I thought they would sit longer than they did but they ended up selling!
@bocanegrageorge2 жыл бұрын
@The Retro World nice surpised they sold so quick. probably did because one of the volumes was the start of the final part of bleach the thousand year blood war which just started airing after a 10 year hiatus
