That last box with the NES games and console was from my oldest son's childhood. They were played by both of us. I loved those games. Sometimes I would play ahead when he was in school, then act surprised when we played it together. Great memories!!

Please go to the Whatnot, you'd be surprised what you'd find! The things I find are amazing, sometimes I miss the shows, as I'm from the UK England🇬🇧 so I fall asleep waiting & I get so cross. But I'll still go watch the show to see what I've missed. mx

The figurine with the tentacles is from the movie The Return of the Jedi, where Leila is enslaved by Jabba the Hutt and that’s Boba Fett getting eaten by the desert creature. My husband could watch these movies over and over lol so it’s easy to remember them! 😊

Jackpot! It's exciting to see how you're investing your old stock sales and many younger (maybe older as well) fans that do not know about investing will hopefully learn from you, Jack. The Dreamcast was an amazing platform. They had usb before there was usb. They never made many games for it but the ones they did were amazing. A platform way ahead of its time.

Hi Jack....a lot of games that come with miniatures in them are typically more expensive. A lot of people that play the games and paint miniatures love to paint the game pieces. A board game with maybe 10-20 figures can cost new $80 to $120 in many game stores. Just some knowledge for you for any future games you may run across

In general I like your idea of dollar cost averaging into the SP500; however, right now you are flying into the face of a large scale rotation into the smaller companies. Maybe divert some into the russel 2000. The cause of this is the idea that interest rates will start coming down. This has a profound effect on smaller growth stocks that need to borrow and the rule of thumb is for a 10% increase in these for each 1% decrease in the headline rate. The market has priced in one rate cut already with a 4% chance of a second this year. Possibly a 40% gain by year's end. IWM is the index to check for that. There are other more advanced options, but KISS protocol applies well here.

To be clear, the market has only priced in a 4% chance of a second rate cut. I happen to think the actual chance is much higher and that we may even see three cuts. That is not priced in so moving into small caps now would be ahead of the market.
