Hi Nick, thank you for sharing your journey! I am a PGY4 doctor and proud Catholic… I honestly relate to a lot of the difficulties you mentioned going through medical school and honestly feel burnt out after several years of internal medicine training. I’ve found it really hard to maintain a good work-life balance and after much praying, am so much more at peace now leaving IM training. I want to continue working as a doctor regardless but am praying to God for guidance, re. where to next in terms of my career 🙏🏻 I will keep you in my prayers as well and know that God will make a fine and compassionate neurologist out of you! May our Blessed Mother also pray for you on this vocation 💙❤️
