This is gonna sound crazy Regis, but i've been running a Sauron deck with Phoenix Force and Kang in it, I call it "React Phoenix", because i hate getting shang chi'd. and i steal so many cubes playing kang on 6, and then if i get shang chi'd, resurrect the card and play like maw or lizard to fill the curve on 6. It uses Phoenix in a defensive way, and i love it, was hoping you'd try it someday! Really i just take out armor because it feels bad if sauron hits it imo. You remain the best snap content creator keep it up :)

@@jamil6045stick with it, you’ll have some up and down months but once your S3 complete it’s more fun and easier to keep up… Save your spotlights for what you really really want, that’s the key. Tribunal helped me a lot early on if he comes up again

Very interesting the amount of retreats from snapping with Kang The opponent doesn't know yet you even have a Kang, so in theory you could snap without running Kang and that might work

When I got Copycat I made a deck very similar to this where the entire point was to use your opponent's deck against them without Loki. It wasn't good at all but it was really fun, a big highlight being when I stole a Surfer with Cable, a Wong with Rogue and a Brood with Leader so I just played their surfer deck for them.

I agree, Kang isn't really compelling. You get info into their cards sure, but it works both ways, you have one less card slot to see their cards which they immediately change and brace their game plan for counters. It's useful, but it also gives the opponent a chance to rethink and that's risky

I feel like if he *always* gave you a draw to replace himself he'd feel a bit more interesting for decks that wanted to combo to get a bit of info *and* to effectively shrink their deck by one card in games where you could get him off? Sort of how Chavez used to be used, but in a different way? Though, given how they killed Chavez working that way maybe they wouldn't want that anyway.

As much as I love this creator, my one gripe is how there’s an unoriginal vibe when going into the game after a vid is posted. Everyone sees his vids and copies his deck, and it’s the only deck I see for the next 24hrs until his next video is posted. Original decks are extinct
