-6:40 I only wish that as soon as he referenced a possible major lawsuit that Scoby (sp?) and company had immediately told the customer that they are ending the call and forwarding his information to the Legal Team at Headquarters; this is actually standard internal practice for most retail company agents, whenever anyone makes reference to or threats of a legal suit. Would have frustrated him to no end! Plain Jane customer service agents should not engage in such discussions, to best protect the company from any legal action. Trained legal agents/teams would then step in, should any further discussion be needed.
