This one is not to be underestimated. I listened to the one of which I believe is the shorter version of 17:28 minutes. I listened to that one for at least 55 days on end. I doubled my income/capital ... Like I said previously I considered myself to be a "heavy case". At a certain point you say : "you are listening to this for a reason, because you're ready". This again is a very powerful and important statement to make during such a session. The only problem I have now is that I don't know to which one of your video's to listen to anymore. Should I keep going for abundance or something else I'm struggling with ... Can I combine them and do 1 or 2 a day or 1 one day and 1 the other ?? Time is always against us ... I'm a bit confused ... Anyways thank you so much precious Star-seed !!!!!!!! 🙂

Hilary, I am speaking them directly to you. When I write the affirmations and before I record them I set the intention that these words speak directly to the heart and soul - of every person that is ready to embody the truth of who they are. Yes, I have lived life and gone through my share of challenges - I am grateful for all of it. Everything happens for us, not against us. Every painful experience is a stepping stone to learning and growth. The most important shift I made was when I realized that I was the only person responsible for my own happiness and wellbeing. I stopped blaming and complaining. I started reading books, went to courses and seminars, did therapy session, coaching - and most importantly I made the choice to release sadness, guilt, anger, bitterness and fear from the past - I started to love myself and accept myself. I went from lack to abundance. I am still learning, growing and expanding. That will never stop for none - it is life. I have rituals that keeps me on track and allow me to be the best version of myself everyday. I could go on in details about all of this - maybe I´ll do that sometime in the future, and post it on my website - it may inspire many :) Thank you for acknowledging the warrior in me. When people call me a light worker, I say "I am not a light worker - I am a Light warrior!" I have walked the path of being completely disconnected - to connected, conscious and awaken. I love it. I love Synchronicity! My wife Teresa mentioned an Insight Timer App meditation called Deep Sleep With Affirmations: Spiritual Abundance & Prosperity (only found there? maybe) by Kenneth Soares to me. I found that this I like the way he uses his voice as an ASMR sensation with the appropriate intonation and cadence in his voice. I found that he uses language that I enjoy working with; breathing / sighing, awareness / with body & mind projection, progressive relaxation / yoga nidra, affirmation / intention, and I was pleasantly surprised with the binaural beat that was on the end. AND MORE.!! Here's to higher level consciousness that we choose to work which allows others to choose to join us in our equanimity. I choose to feel Good and allow our natural state of bliss to take hold of my being!
