I've tried many I AM meditations and this is by far the best. It is the most positive, keeping everything in the positive sense and not telling you what "not" to think or what negative thought you "need to release". The problem with those is your mind will immediately create a negative image which is contrary to a relaxing meditation and positive affirmation. This would be even more awesome if it were longer, an hour or so. Can you consider looping it 3 times for those of us who would like to use this as a powerful sleeping tool? Blessings. 💜
