I am definitely team "NO SINK IN THE ISLAND".I would either have moved it to the front, or ideally into the big butler pantry, and the dishwasher too.

Sorry for watching late. This home is awesome. It’s a one story w/ the 1/2 story addition. ❤ I love the primary bdrm suite. The backyard is very good size & functional. The guest suite/home my 15yr old will try to claim that for himself, but he’s not ready for that. 😃 👍🏽 Thanks

Massive home!! Great exterior!!! Spacious LR and kitchen/dining areas!! Love the kitchen backsplash. Selling point of the kitchen is the chef pantry with closing doors which adds additional food prep option when entertaining!! Bathroom amenities are great. Spacious BdRs. Great HW flooring. Only negative - other than hanging a TV on the natural stone themed FP, where else could it hang?Limited wall spacing in LR. Great tour and thanks for sharing. Take care!!
