the influx of genZ into the blue collar workforce is disturbing. I don't think they fully understand what dangerous hard work is. that no, you don't get your way. teamwork is a must. there IS a hierarchy in this profession and you're at the bottom. seniority has privileges earned through responsibility and time, you're at the bottom of responsibilities and seniority. respect for position is earned, you've done nothing to earn respect. and, your mother lied... you are not special. special is elitist and elitism will not be tolerated.
