Thank you for sharing this. You are NOT being too sensitive. I had previously thought about buying from them but now I will not be giving them my money for their tacky bottles and weak juice. I suggest getting the inspired by versions. Especially, Genre Parfums (a black owned business) Positivo, it’s delightful and the owner is a gem.

I subbed too as I very much appreciate your candid commentary and I am definitely on side with your opinions here. I've been disgusted with LVMH when they moved to Texas and had drump 'cut the ribbon' on their grand opening. I've sort of had it with LVMH as they own Sephora and are owned by Bernard Arneault the FOURTH RICHEST PERSON IN THE WORLD. I just can't believe every time we buy a lot of these great fragrances that they are now OWNED BY LVMH (Bernard Arneault)!! Dior, Givenchy, Guerlain, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, Benefit, Makeup Forever, Tiffany Jewelry, Mont Blanc, Stella Mc Cartney, Tag Heuer, Loewe, Louis Vuitton and much much more. Although I still buy the occasional LVMH products, I try not to now, it hurts too much. I am finding fun with a lot of other hidden fragrance gems and more affordable choices. THANK YOU!!

I can understand the disappointment but I just feel that it doesn't make a difference to say I won't buy some products based on knowing the perceived politics of individuals who are part of the company. I disagree with the way brands have aligned themselves with politics. There is a political divide and everyone is entitled to vote for their interests. Trump brings out an ugliness in people and we should be very concerned as to why that is! Pray for the current state of America ❤

Good job for speaking up. I will not support them. They don’t deserve it. I am not a woman of color but I am a Latinx, Jewish, woman. I am the mother of a gay child. There is no room in my life for hate of any kind. We need to come together, we are all stronger together. We might think we cant change things or have an impact. But that is not true. We do have power and where we spend our dollars matters. Keep bringing awareness.

I was seriously just about to order another Hufflepuff because mine was getting low. Thank you for stepping up and speaking on it. I will not be supporting them either from this point on, and that goes for any other business. 100% with you on this. As a woman, ally, completely stand with you. Brands are free to do as they please but cannot be surprised to see their audience leave them if they feel alienated or don't agree with their values. And I feel with Trumpism what a lot of people dont get is that it's not just politics anymore. We can be on different side s of the aisle, it's fine. But in this case, it's much more than that, when he promotes discrimination, oppression. Mysogyny, xenophobia, homophobia & transphobia, racism... people who stand by him for "the economy" and policy are also aligning with the idea that that women should be "grabbed by the pussy" and have no right to bodily autonomy, immigrants are "bad hombres" that are "eating the dogs, eating the cats" and should be deported or kept out by a wall, questioning marriage equality... that is what you are siding with. I put it in quotes because too often his supporters will say the media lies about him when these are things we've all seen him say LIVE. You cannot cherrypick what you like about him when these last bits i mentioned are so exclusionary and damaging to every day people and actually infringing on people's rights! You are not fighting for the economy, you are siding with oppression! Where is the human decency? Where is the empathy? To which they will reply "i dont care about your feelings" forgetting that we are all -- themselves included, first and foremost human beings with feelings before being parts of an economy. Sending you strength, thank you for standing up for what you believe in and for decency 💛🙏
