In 2017 GOT7 comeback with the song "You Are" and it was a very special comeback for the ahgases and for them because "You Are" was the first title written by a member, all the songs on the album were also written by them and the concept of the comeback was their friendship. But JYP didn't promote the comeback as it should, they even let the album go out of stock during the promotion period and the ahgases couldn't give "You Are" any win so we were very sad and several ahgases apologized to the boys for that. Bambam and Jinyoung did a live and said ahgases didn't need to apologize because we knew they worked hard and they knew ahgases also did their best and win is important but it's not the most important thing, the most important is that we have each other. After that, Jinyoung wrote "Thank You" to the fans and released it on the next album.

Their relationship with ahgase is truly genuine. They never sugar coat stuff with us. Ready to reprimand us when some things go overboard, always having banters like really true friends, helps and supports one another at all times. So it is such a refreshing feeling to be considered as their fans., more like real friends. They aren't even afraid to show their true emotions with us (with all the true feelings shared on their vllve or ig live). Oh other facts about Encore they literally did everything in it (you can see the behind the scenes video of it). Jinyoung did the song thinking about us. Mark and his team/friends worked with their other connections to produce the mv. They shot it in Jackson's studio. And they all did that before the end of contract date. And dangggg those concert clips were from the last concert they did if not for this pandemic (and that was in the country where I am from so it hits me so much T__T)

"I AM ME" has a live performance, the performance is very great! You know what, when I watched their performance even I do not know Korean, I could feel what they were talking about, a bit sad and emotional. That is a really good song. ig one thing you should learn about jinyoung when it comes to writing songs for GOT7, ever since the 7 FOR 7 era he has decided to make the rapper-line sing in his songs. compared to the songs he's written before 7 FOR 7 era where the ATK actually raps, the songs he wrote starting from 7 FOR 7 era has ATK singing, at least most of the time if not every song. also, if i'm not mistaken he wrote this song coz ahgases were feeling so sorry that their previous comeback didn't get any win or something, so to ease the heaviness we feel or make ahgases feel better he wrote this song but it ended up making us soft and cry lmao. funny coz he's the most savage when it comes to ahgases but the songs he writes always make us emotional and has such beautiful meaning.

can we agree that atk and yugyeom killed that bridge?? those vocals are freaking heavenly. also, I highly suggest that you check out ENCORE again after you've seen more of GOT7 and their brotherhood, for the song to actually hit you the best way possible coz the song and music video just hits different when you actually know-know them compared to if you just decided to check the song out and be like "aww this is a cute song, very emotional, i love it". I promise you, trust me, check ENCORE out again after you've seen more of GOT7. I mean I don't wanna make you cry and be much more emotional but that's probably what the song and music video will do to you, if you ever decide to do as I suggested. also, mark tuan was the executive producer for ENCORE. him and his team filmed this mv and made a whole behind-the-scenes video for the mv (with a lil help from team wang too ig), the studio that they used as you can see is jackson's studio if i'm not mistaken. jinyoung wrote the song and he was the vocal director or something i forgot what it was. mark described this as "low quality mv" but honestly this is better than any mvs we've had. no other mv can top the genuineness and intimacy that this mv has. and also that concert clip at the end was from Keep Spinning Tour Manila.

Can you react to got7 "Miracle". They just like angle in this mv.."Miracle" is about a little Indonesian girl who passed away because of leukaemia. Before she knew got7 she doesn't want to speak to anyone and always sad but after one day she heard got7 song she become so happy and motivate and wish to go to got7 concert but she can't make it when the time of concert cause she died. Her sister wrote to mark in twiter about her sister story cause mark is her sister bias. And got7 make this song to as present to this little agahse in heaven.

The last clip was their concert in Manila last 2019. And I was there. I swear, their talents are no joke, the live vocals the dance, everything. Their interaction with fans was so genuine. I don’t know with other fans but I believe that aside from the members strong bond, they also stayed as a group because they promised us that they will never leave each other. We will never leave each other. And it’s a proof that they treasure fans and their members coz they really keep that promise.

Jinyoung is an emotional composer.. listening to his composition alwayz did something to ma heart.. the message in each lyric is so beautiful.. I guess that's why his composition is alwayz ma favorite track in each album.. Thank you is basically a thank you for the support addressed to the fandom the song got out during a period where they received a LOT of hate from a big ass fandom and it was so random but it kept going non stop for every of their comebacks like for a whole 2 years they were receiving hate so freely, Jackson started team wang and people added fuel to the fire saying he should leave etc it was really an emotional period. I literally cried the first time I watched this version of it too. The boys are/were very connected through social media so all that came to their ears and some said they developed anxiety and the fear to be forgotten in the vast music industry. that’s why a lot of songs around this era are talking about their fears ( eclipse, look, you calling my name etc all of these are dedicated to the fandom and the lyrics are really touchy) Just to relieve the mood I don’t know if you peeped but during thank you Jackson almost dropped his mic off cam when it was Turning ( he said it in the behind the scenes) but you can see some of the boys trying not to crack up 😂 it’s at 9:14 look at JayB’s face trying to keep a serious face 😂😂‼️😂

Tho he doesn’t only write ballads he wrote bops too, my favorite of his is « paradise » who actually was supposed to be a title track for the flight log series, the song is still a banger and could get released to this day ! But JYPE changed their mind before filming the video and chose never ever instead of paradise and I’ll be forever mad at it 😂 because Paradise could’ve Top the charts

You and I had the same reaction when I first watched the premiere of Encore, it hits different. Got7 and Igot7 relationship is so special, they bicker and tease each other like siblings yet they respect each other's boundaries. Like what Jinyoung said, "Not too far, not too close, just good distance." Got7 doesn't give false hope/relationship with fans, specifically JayB who constantly friendzoned his fans. 😅 I'm one of them ✌😅 With just one tiny exception which is Bambam who on the other hand, keeps "flirting" 🤣🤣🤣 You're now my fave reactor. as for encore, they all did it by themselves they said they wrote, composed the lyrics, did the video all up in the same week pretty much without any crew or help or engrener to mix it, all of them composed, wrote directed etc. They released it like next week after announcing they all left JYP but we had a whole week in a gray area where we knew they left but we didn’t know if it was all of them and if it ment disbandment. They said they did encore so rapidly so the fans wouldn’t get worried and to reassure them that they left but they’re still a group and right after they said about 20 times on various interview that they’re working on getting music as a group again. Warner music agreed to distribute encore and possibly is gonna distribute their music as a group. We don’t know contractually how they did and how it’s gonna work as they’re only distributors which means they aren’t the « main » label but yeah. Jayb also said that they’re trying to get their catalog from JYPE so they can perform and own their songs in the future. As for the group name they managed to keep it but had to change the logo BUT and there’s a but lol since couple of weeks they’re using the old logo again so It might mean they now own it! It’s still unsure for their catalog tho

encore actually written n composed by jinyoung in dec 2020. They basically did all of it themselve with their own money. They sign with warner temporarily bambam told about it himself. Using jackson studio. Mark handle the videography thing. Jinyoung directed their vocal in encore. Its shown in bts. They monitor everything themself. Jayb fight for Got7 trademark n legal stuff. Jayb said warner want them to released encore as soon as possible thats why they can only did that. As Mark said low budget mv.

Some of my faves, I Am Me have such a beautiful choreo too, so I'll recommend watching that 😊 Thank You is one of my all time favourite songs, been my most played song on Spotify for 2 years excited to see where it will be next time 🤣 Because Wave came out last year and it has been giving it some hard competition 😉 When the lyrics in Thank You talk about Winter and cold it's because they debuted in the cold Winter (January 16th).. They had a very small fanbase in the beginning and they were grateful for them showing up in the cold Winter to support them 🥺💚 Encore is just the sweetest.. oh got7 does not do that 🤣 they always set the boundaries with ahgases, always maintained a fan-idol relationship. we're really like besties or family. they never gave us false hope or fed our delusions or whatever. they've called us their homes, paradise, other sweet nicknames but never wife or girlfriend. also, compared to other idols who say yes when fans propose to them, got7 always says no lmao 🤣🤣 you should also see a live performance of I AM ME and concert version of THANK YOU, you're gonna love the choreo tho.
