你好，蛋白打散後，不要用太多，要立刻倒入滾燙的白涼粉液體中，然後稍微等一下，等到白涼粉稍微凝固後，再用筷子輕微攪拌塑形，就會比較漂亮。希望我的經驗對你有所幫助。🥰
