Despite the madness of the past 3 years and watching her journey in this video, it is...just nice to watch her great spirit, might as well enjoy the craziness of it, having fun with it by all those special effect and supporting music for each scene. Indeed a compelling video, story...this comment come after watching her latest Yunnan outing...

WOW! I've been watching your videos and following your footsteps whenever I could. I cannot begin to express how happy I am that you finally reached home. The scene with your mom, and later with your dad, and the laughter brought tears to my eyes. As a nomad traveling nonstop, I'm amazed by your journey and how you carried yourself. Most of all, I am so grateful for your honest impression and all the lessons you gave in your videos. Rest. Enjoy your time at home and hit the road to make more videos. The world needs more road warriors like yourself. A billion likes and bows to you❤️❤️🙇♀️🙇♀️

In the end of your long go-back home journey, you brought tears into my eyes 😭, you are very very very strong woman. I really appreciate you ❤❤❤ My story: During serious pandemic 😷 I couldn’t go back to my country so after my graduation I found a job in China and stayed in China afterwards and I really loved it that Chinese cared a lot to everyone during that worse condition. And I also thanked to God that it was my best decision that I didn’t leave China after my graduation and China 🇨🇳 is a great country ❤ that didn’t force us to leave country. Instead of leaving, ask us to find a job with a limited new visa duration. And finally I got a job in a very modern city of China “Shenzhen” and made many good memories 😊

Well done for getting through all those rigorous procedures! I think the toilet paper machine might just be a technological step too far though…crazy! I could really relate to your hotel room routine - I’ve just finished 3 weeks (and 300 hours) of editing photos for a client’s book. I have the tv on but sometimes I look up and realise I’ve not looked at the screen for hours! It’s worrying to see the paranoia (your taxi companion) but I think we’ve all felt like that at some time in the last 3 years. Your return home was a joy to watch, and I love the way you use music in all your videos - very cinematic. How you managed to learn such perfect English is also incredible. By far my favourite KZbin discovery this year - you have phenomenal communicating and presenting skills. Keep up the wonderful work 💜

All very don't care about politics. They wanted to live their life normally. Tend to the fields and herds. When US got involved, they got dragged in and I flown mission for US for 6 months there. Hi Yan, really happy to see you made it home. I am a Kuchingite, started your first video at Ep.35 as a suggestion video by KZbin, then watched 36, 37 & 38. The videos are very well done, very informative with good background music, so I decided to sub and start from Ep.01. Took me 2 weeks to come to this video. Along the journey, the most relax and enjoy video would be the Vardavar Festival in Armenia. Most beautiful building, I would say the mosque fills with mirrors. The most worrying part was the jungle tracking in Cameron Highland, where you were alone and it started to rain, luckily you found the way out before night fall. Will be waiting for your Season 2 videos. Btw did you make a saving or exceeded the initial 8,000 Euros ticket home?
I love your channel. It reminds us that the World is full of wonderful friendly people .

The father's reaction, after not seeing his daughter, reminded me that this is something that has always surprised me in the way of being in China. I saw it many times. The son or daughter may have been there for 3 years, 10 years. etc away from home, and when they meet their parents again, they do not show more affection, surprise, etc. They greet as if the one who has returned was seen for the last time a couple of hours ago. Things of culture, behavior.
