story line first its surgeon simulator where bob becomes a surgeon but he becomes a baker and makes i am bread then i am fish and some of i am bread time place at the same time and then some of the bread go's to goat simulator so we get a weird goat

No, I am bread is the prequel to surgeon simulator because at the end of I am bread you get Bob into a car crash and then the surgeon from surgeon simulator takes Bobs body and starts fixing his injuries

Here’s how I see it: Surgeon simulator starts it off by making test dummies for surgery, so all the “patients” in that game were the dummies, aka “bobs” The bobs become sentient, and escape, but they want the bobs back. Fortunately, it’s discovered that if you put bob blood into bread, it reacts whenever a bob is around. One unlucky bob (from I am bread) buys 2 loaves, one ending up in a pet store. The fish protagonists that ate the bread gained human like intelligence from the bread, and the other loaf was the loaf from I am bread.

This game is absolutely amazing. The scenery is gorgeous, the story is so goddamn cute, and the gameplay is just so. Much. Fun. But I will admit that the controls still seem to be every bit as infuriating as its predecessor 'I am bread'. But let me tell y'all, once you figure it out, the fun adventuring side of this game pops out even more than it already has. Edit: By far my favorite part of all of this is the flying fish. If that poor little fish didnt run out of air so quickly I could soar over every field perfectly.
