Yes I wonder if the building owners should be responsible for the a/c. We have just had to replace our oven and microwave. Problems can come at once and it's good that you share with us. We had to spray carpet moths as well. Hope it has got better for you.

In sweden we don't have built in AC, I put all my savings on a portable one about three years ago, so that is why it is my responsability to fix it if I want one... which I do because if is SO HOT it my apartment during summer😅

Hi Petra praying that things settle down for you. It is not your apartment that is the problem with the bugs. Someone else in the building must have them. I would contact the owner and ask them to spray the whole building. It the whole building isn't down they will keep coming back. Sending lots of hugs and love.
